个人履历：
杨胜利，国防大学教授，硕士研究生导师，大校军衔，国防大学军事学博士，国防大学国家安全学院战争与危机应对中心主任，原国防大学战略教研部国防动员教研室主任。曾于2001年4月作为首届中国青年军官研修团成员赴日本研修，2010年10月至2011年10月赴苏丹达尔富尔地区执行维和任务，具有丰富的实践经验和扎实的理论功底，在军事战略和国防动员领域造诣很深。
Yang Shengli is a professor at the National Defense University, a master's tutor, with the rank of colonel, director of the War and Crisis Response Center of the National Security College of the National Defense University, former director of the National Defense Mobilization Teaching and Research Department of the Strategic Teaching and Research Department of the National Defense University, and a doctor of military science from the National Defense University. He went to Japan for training as a member of the first Chinese Young Officers Training Group in April 2001 and went to the Darfur region of Sudan to carry out peacekeeping missions from October 2010 to October 2011.
