个人履历：
李绍先，1954年生，山西太原人，宁夏大学阿拉伯学院（中国阿拉伯国家研究院）院长、研究员、博士生导师，原中国现代国际关系研究院副院长，享受国务院政府特殊津贴。兼任：中央党校（国家行政学院）特聘教授，中国中东学会副会长、教育部国别与区域研究专家委员会委员，中央电视台、中央人民广播电台国际问题顾问、特约评论员，人民网、央视网最受欢迎的嘉宾之一。1979年考入山西大学历史系，1985年考取北京国际关系学院硕士研究生专修中东问题；1988年至2014年就职于中国现代国际关系研究院，历任助理研究员、研究员、第三室主任、副院长。先后从事、负责该院中东地区及阿拉伯国家相关领域的研究和分析，是国家中东问题研究领域重要智库的负责人之一，为中国中东政策和战略决策提供了可靠的建议。李绍先因主持研究关于新疆问题的研究报告获得国家二级英模称号。曾获中央国家机关五一劳动奖章。代表著作有《李绍先眼中的阿拉伯人》《海湾寻踪》《一脉相承阿拉伯人》等。
Li Shaoxian, born in 1954 in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province, is the dean, researcher and doctoral supervisor of the School of Arab Studies of Ningxia University (China Institute of Arab Studies), former vice president of the China Institute of Contemporary International Relations, and enjoys special government allowances from the State Council. He is also a distinguished professor of the Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (National Academy of Administration), vice president of the China Middle East Society, member of the Expert Committee on Country and Regional Studies of the Ministry of Education, consultant and special commentator on international issues of CCTV and China National Radio, and one of the most popular guests of People's Daily and CCTV. In 1979, he was admitted to the Department of History of Shanxi University, and in 1985, he was admitted to the Beijing Institute of International Relations for a master's degree in Middle East issues. From 1988 to 2014, he worked at the China Institute of Contemporary International Relations as an assistant researcher, researcher, director of the third office, and vice president. He has been engaged in and responsible for the research and analysis of the Middle East and Arab countries of the Institute, and is one of the leaders of the important think tanks in the field of Middle East studies, providing reliable suggestions for China's Middle East policy and strategic decision-making. Li Shaoxian was awarded the title of national second-class heroic model for presiding over the research report on the Xinjiang issue. He was awarded the May Day Labor Medal of the Central State Organs. His representative works include "The Arabs in the Eyes of Li Shaoxian", "Tracing the Bay", "The Arabs in the Same Line" and so on.
