个人履历：
王勇，中央党校教授，博士生导师，中央党校党章党规研究中心副主任，北京党内法规研究会会长，中国政法大学法律硕士、博士，曾任四川省委党校副校长，最高人民检察院行政检察厅副厅长，美国耶鲁大学法学院访问学者。兼任北京市委法律顾问，北京市政府立法专家顾问，四川省委省政府法律顾问，四川省委省政府决策咨询委员会委员，中国政法大学监察与反腐败研究中心研究员等。主要研究方向为宪法行政法、经济法，党内法规。在中央党校省部班、中青班、厅局班等主体班教授习近平法治思想、依宪治国、严格遵守党内法规等课程，多次获得教学、科研优秀奖。曾在多个省委中心组、西部战区、多家中央企业总部做专题讲座，获得广泛好评。出版《宪法学原理与适用》、《法治政府建设》、《跨国公司治理研究》、《党规党纪》、《依规治党》等多部著作，在《法学》《法学评论》《人民日报》《光明日报》《经济日报》等报刊杂志发表学术成果100多篇。
Wang Yong, professor and doctoral supervisor of the Central Party School, deputy director of the Research Center for Party Constitution and Party Regulation of the Central Party School, president of the Beijing Association for the Study of Inner-Party Regulations, master and doctor of law from China University of Political Science and Law, former vice president of the Party School of the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee, deputy director of the Administrative Procuratorate of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, and visiting scholar at Yale Law School in United States. He also serves as the legal adviser of the Beijing Municipal Party Committee, the legislative expert consultant of the Beijing Municipal Government, the legal adviser of the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government, the member of the Decision-making Advisory Committee of the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government, and the researcher of the Supervision and Anti-corruption Research Center of China University of Political Science and Law. His main research interests are constitutional administrative law, economic law, and intra-party regulations. He has taught courses such as Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law, Governing the Country According to the Constitution, and Strictly Abiding by Party Regulations in the Provincial and Ministerial Classes, Middle-aged and Youth Classes, and Department and Bureau Classes of the Central Party School, and has won many teaching and scientific research excellence awards. He has given special lectures in many central groups of the provincial party committee, the western theater and the headquarters of many central enterprises, and has been widely praised. He has published many works such as "Principles and Application of Constitutional Law", "Construction of Government under the Rule of Law", "Research on the Governance of Transnational Corporations", "Party Rules and Party Discipline", "Governing the Party according to Regulations", and published more than 100 academic achievements in newspapers and magazines such as "Law", "Law Review", "People's Daily", "Guangming Daily" and "Economic Daily".
