个人履历：
孟庆全，大校军衔，国防大学战役教研部、国防教育研究中心教授，北京大学特聘教授、浦东干部学院、中央社会主义学院客座教授，北京高校军事课教学指导委员会委员。长期在部队、政府机构、企业集团，以及北大、清华等高校进行国防、国家安全等相关课题的专题讲座。作为特邀主讲教授，多年在北大港澳中心、北大对外交流中心、北大法学院，中央社会主义学院、上海浦东干部学院、大连高级经理学院、国家行政学院、各省（市）委党校等，为中组部和国务院中联办委托上述各院校举办的“香港特别行政区高级公务员国情研习班”、“香港政府、工商、法律等各界国情研习班”以及全国司法、工商、企业、民主党派等高级培训和地方政府企业的各类培训，进行《周边形势与国家安全》《国防与国家安全》《国家安全战略思考》等专题讲座，同时担负部分在京高校国防教育相关课题大学生军事理论课教学任务。主编了《第三次中东战争研究》等多部教材，出版《飞机与战争》等多部专著；发表《美军空袭作战思想研究》等论文数十篇。
Meng Qingquan is a professor at the Campaign Teaching and Research Department and the National Defense Education and Research Center of the National Defense University, with the rank of colonel. He is a distinguished professor of Peking University, a visiting professor of Pudong Executive Leadership College and the Central Institute of Socialism, and a member of the Military Teaching Steering Committee of Beijing Universities. He has been giving special lectures on national defense, national security and other related topics in the military, government agencies, enterprise groups, as well as Peking University, Tsinghua University and other universities. As a special guest lecturer, he has been a lecturer for many years at the Hong Kong and Macao Center of Peking University, the International Exchange Center of Peking University, the Law School of Peking University, the Central Institute of Socialism, the Shanghai Pudong Executive Leadership College, the Dalian Senior Manager College, the National Academy of Administration, and the Party Schools of the Provincial (Municipal) Party Committees Hong Kong S.A.R.. The high-level training of democratic parties and various trainings of local governments and enterprises have given special lectures on "Peripheral Situation and National Security", "National Defense and National Security", and "Strategic Thinking on National Security". He edited many textbooks such as "Research on the Third Middle East War", and published many monographs such as "Aircraft and War"; He has published dozens of papers such as "Research on the Ideology of Air Raid Operations of the US Army".
