个人履历：
綦大鹏（笔名若普》，国防大学战略咨询中心主任、教授、大校、军事学博士、博士生导师，国防部外事咨询专家。曾任国防大学战略研究所副所长。主要研究领域包括国际政治经济学、战略学、国家安全政策、东亚地区安全和台湾问题。先后在大连陆军学院、国防大学和军事科学院完成学士、硕士和博士的学位学习。2004年、2007年和2011年曾分别在美国首都华盛顿乔治城大学外交政策研究所、新加坡南洋理工大学拉惹勒南国际研究院、新加坡国立大学东亚研究所从事客座研究。专业研究十余年来，完成个人专著《国家安全中的台湾问题》、合著《中国国家安全战略构想》等多部著作，专业核心期刊发表的论文与呈报国家有关机构的咨询报告五十余篇。2010年获国防大学刘伯承科研成果奖。
Qi Dapeng is the director of the Strategic Consulting Center of the National Defense University, a professor, a colonel, a doctor of military science, a doctoral supervisor, and a foreign affairs consulting expert of the Ministry of National Defense. He was the deputy director of the Institute of Strategic Studies of the National Defense University. His research interests include international political economy, strategy, national security policy, East Asian security, and Taiwan issues. He completed his bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees at Dalian Army Academy, National Defense University and Academy of Military Sciences. In 2004, 2007 and 2011, he was a visiting researcher at the Foreign Policy Institute of Georgetown University in United States Washington, D.C., the S. Rajaratnam Institute of International Studies at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and the Institute of East Asian Studies at the National University of Singapore. Over the past ten years of professional research, he has completed many works such as his personal monograph "The Taiwan Question in National Security" and co-authored "China's National Security Strategic Concept", and more than 50 papers published in professional core journals and consulting reports submitted to relevant national institutions. In 2010, he won the Liu Bocheng Scientific Research Achievement Award of the National Defense University.
