个人履历：
马建光，1965年1月出生，江苏淮安人，上海空军政治学院军队人才建设教研室主任、教授、博士生导师，大校，军事学博士、政治学博士后。兼上海市“中国梦”演讲团讲师、上海东方讲坛教授、国家首批国防教育师资库入库专家，上海交通大学安泰管理学院兼职教授。1982年入伍，历任排长、指导员、军师和军区政治机关干部部门干事、航空兵师政治部副主任、教员、教研室副主任等职。主要从事干部人事管理学、人才学、政治学等教学与科研工作。入院校十年，在《光明日报》、《解放军报》、《学位与研究生教育》、《高等教育研究》、《中国人才》等军内外核心期刊发表专业学术论文四十多篇，专著两部，主持全国和全军性课题两项，是全军专业技术岗位津贴获得者，学院优秀党员和优秀教员。曾在解放军总政干部部、中国浦东干部管理学院、上海东方讲坛、上海交大海外教育学院总裁班、复旦大学网络学院领导干部班、国防科技大学、上海民政局、上海海关学院、浦东卫生局、陆家嘴金融中心、杨浦教育局、重庆邮电大学、总装29基地、上海警备区等百多单位讲演，广受好评。讲座中的精彩内容，曾连续在《解放军报》、《光明日报》开辟专栏，在军内外产生较好的影响。
Ma Jianguang, born in January 1965 in Huai'an, Jiangsu, is the director, professor, doctoral supervisor of the Military Talent Construction Teaching and Research Department of the Shanghai Air Force Political College, a colonel, a doctor of military science, and a postdoctoral fellow in political science. He is also a lecturer of the Shanghai "Chinese Dream" Lecture Group, a professor of the Shanghai Oriental Forum, and an expert in the first batch of national defense education teachers in the country. He joined the army in 1982 and has served successively as a platoon commander, instructor, officer of the cadre department of the military division and the political organ of the military region, deputy director of the political department of the aviation division, instructor, and deputy director of the teaching and research department. He is mainly engaged in teaching and scientific research in cadre personnel management, talent science, political science and so on. After ten years in the academy, he has published more than 40 professional academic papers and two monographs in core journals inside and outside the military, such as Guangming Daily, Jiefangjun Bao, Degree and Graduate Education, Higher Education Research, and Chinese Talent, presided over two national and all-army projects, and is the recipient of the professional and technical post allowance of the whole army, and the outstanding party member and outstanding teacher of the college. He has given lectures in more than 100 units such as the General Political Cadre Department of the People's Liberation Army, China Pudong Cadre Management College, Shanghai Oriental Forum, President Class of Shanghai Jiaotong University Overseas Education College, Fudan University Network College Leading Cadre Class, National University of Defense Technology, Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau, Shanghai Customs College, Pudong Health Bureau, Lujiazui Financial Center, Yangpu Education Bureau, Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications, General Assembly 29 Base, Shanghai Garrison District, etc., and has been widely acclaimed. The wonderful contents of the lecture have successively opened up special columns in the "Jiefangjun Bao" and "Guangming Daily," and have had a good impact inside and outside the military.
