个人履历：
马刚，少将，国防大学国家安全学院教授、博士生导师（在国防大校曾与金一南将军搭档），国防大学国家安全战略首席专家，国家安全战略和国际战略学科学术带头人，国防大学学术委员会委员、高评委委员，军队创新人才工程拔尖人才，中组部特聘专家，国家反恐办专家组成员。毕业于解放军外国语学院和国防大学，历任国防大学战略研究所研究员、第二炮兵导弹旅旅长、国防大学防务学院训练处长、办公室主任，国防大学战略研究所副所长、国防大学军事思想与军事历史教研室主任等职，曾在俄罗斯工作，长期从事国家安全、国际战略问题研究和我军对外培训工作。长期从事国家安全、国际战略问题研究和军队对外培训工作，组织参加多项国家和军队重大现实问题研究课题，参加起草《国家反恐怖工作“十二五”规划》。著有《新中国军事外交》《中国人民解放军战略文化》《胜利的启示》等专著。担任军内外多所院校客座教授，多次到国外讲学。2019年9月4日，获得全国优秀教师荣誉称号。
