个人履历：
王金丽，国防大学政治学院心理学教授、学院心理咨询中心主任，是全军心理服务专家。女，1969年生，吉林省四平市人，先后获得东北师范大学心理学学士、硕士，吉林大学社会心理学博士，2004到2008年在复旦大学成为工商管理博士后。2002年特招入伍进入南京政治学院上海分院军事心理与心战系军事心理学教研室工作，成为南京政治学院上海校区的心理学教员，承担起军队繁重的教研任务，入伍之前担任广东省珠海市教育局教研中心副主任王。金丽教授先后获得过全军优秀共产党员、总政系统二等功、军队院校育才奖、感动南政十大人物，上海市三八红旗手、上海市巾帼标兵和杨浦好儿女等殊荣，并光荣地成为全军303位党的十九大代表中的一员。获得了第一届全国文明家庭的荣誉，她还在出席表彰大会时受到习近平总书记等党和国家领导人的亲切接见。著有《自励为王》、 《军队管理心理学》等书籍。
Wang Jinli, professor of psychology at the School of Political Science of the National Defense University and director of the college's psychological counseling center, is an expert in psychological services for the whole army. Female, born in 1969 in Siping City, Jilin Province, received a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in psychology from Northeast Normal University, a doctorate in social psychology from Jilin University, and became a postdoctoral fellow in business administration at Fudan University from 2004 to 2008. In 2002, he was specially recruited into the military psychology teaching and research department of the Department of Military Psychology and Psychological Warfare of the Shanghai Branch of Nanjing University of Political Science, and became a psychology instructor of the Shanghai campus of Nanjing University of Political Science. Professor Jin Li has successively won the honors of Outstanding Communist Party Member of the Whole Army, Second-class Merit of the General Political System, Talent Cultivation Award of Military Academies, Top Ten People Who Moved Southern Politics, Shanghai 38th Red Banner Bearer, Shanghai Women's Pacesetter, and Yangpu Good Sons and Daughters, and has been honorably one of the 303 delegates to the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. She won the honor of the first National Civilized Family, and she was also cordially received by General Secretary Xi Jinping and other party and state leaders when attending the commendation conference. He is the author of books such as "Self-motivation is King" and "Psychology of Military Management".
