个人履历：
张晓林，男，江苏如东人，大校军衔，南京海军指挥学院战略学教授、博士生导师，学科带头人，多次随海军编队出访远航。1987年毕业于国防大学研究生院，国家教育部特聘专家，南京海军指挥学院军事战略学教授，博士生导师，军队常备外宣专家，东南大学国防教育咨询专家，南京师范大学、南京市委党校兼职教授。长期从事海权、海军战略理论教学研究，出版有《现代战争启示录》《决战大洋》《海军战略》《海军外交》《马汉海权论研究》《海军军官国际政治理论知识读本》等专著教材10余部，发表论文100多篇。主讲的《海上安全形势与我国周边安全环境》慕课为国家级一流本科课程，全军精品课程；《海权与制海权》慕课上线《学习强国》《军职在线》《智慧树》《学堂在线》平台。应邀在军内外授课作国防报告300多场次。
Zhang Xiaolin, male, from Rudong, Jiangsu, with the rank of colonel, professor of strategy, doctoral supervisor and discipline leader of Nanjing Naval Command College, has visited and sailed with the Navy formation many times. He graduated from the Graduate School of the National Defense University in 1987, a distinguished expert of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, a professor of military strategy at the Nanjing Naval Command College, a doctoral supervisor, a standing external propaganda expert of the army, a national defense education consulting expert of Southeast University, and a part-time professor of Nanjing Normal University and the Party School of the Nanjing Municipal Party Committee. He has been engaged in the teaching and research of sea power and naval strategy theory for a long time, and has published more than 10 monographs and textbooks, such as "The Apocalypse of Modern War", "Decisive Battle in the Ocean", "Naval Strategy", "Naval Diplomacy", "Research on Mahan's Theory of Sea Power", and "Naval Officers' Theoretical Knowledge of International Politics", and published more than 100 papers. The MOOC "Maritime Security Situation and China's Surrounding Security Environment" taught by the main lecture is a national first-class undergraduate course and a high-quality course in the whole army. The MOOC of "Sea Power and Sea Control" was launched on the platforms of "Learning to Power the Country", "Military Career Online", "Wisdom Tree" and "School Online". He has been invited to give lectures inside and outside the military and give more than 300 national defense reports.
