个人履历：

刘春，男，1956年出生，山西太谷人，中央党校教授、博士生导师，中央党校督学专家，中央党校研究生院原副院长、巡视员。兼任中国政治学会理事、北京纪检监察学会理事、北京市委讲师团特聘讲师等。法学博士。1982年毕业于中国政法大学法律系，获法学士学位，1988年在中共中央党校 获法学硕士学位，1992年在中共中央党校获法学博士学位，2000年1-4月曾在英国诺丁汉大学法学院做访问学者。主要从事政治学理论、党规党法、权力制约与腐败的控制等领域的研究与教学。主持的课题有国家社会科学基金项目“体制内有组织的腐败渎职问题研究”、中共中央党校校级课题“近年来高级领导干部腐败渎职问题研究”、中共中央党校校级课题“从源头上预防和解决腐败问题”等10多项课题。出版《权力的答卷一当代中国反腐败论》《权力的陷阱与制约》《新编政治学原理》《公共政策概论》《发达国家议会制度》《政治学导论》等多部朱总，在《理论前沿》《党政干部参考》《中国领导干部论坛》《学习时报》《人民日报》等权威期刊上发表论文或理论文章超过80余篇。
Liu Chun, male, born in 1956, from Taigu, Shanxi, is a professor and doctoral supervisor of the Central Party School, an expert of the Central Party School, and a former vice president and inspector of the Graduate School of the Central Party School. He is also a director of the Chinese Political Science Association, a director of the Beijing Society for Discipline Inspection and Supervision, and a special lecturer of the Beijing Municipal Party Committee Lecturer Group. He graduated from the Law Department of China University of Political Science and Law with a bachelor's degree in law in 1982, obtained a master's degree in law from the Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in 1988, obtained a doctorate degree in law from the Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in 1992, and was a visiting scholar at the Faculty of Law of the University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom from January to April 2000. He is mainly engaged in research and teaching in the fields of political theory, party rules and party law, power restraint and corruption control. He has presided over more than 10 projects, including the National Social Science Foundation project "Research on the Problem of Organized Corruption and Dereliction of Duty in the System", the school-level project of the Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China "Research on the Problem of Corruption and Dereliction of Duty of Senior Leading Cadres in Recent Years", and the school-level project of the Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China "Preventing and Solving the Problem of Corruption from the Source". He has published more than 80 papers or theoretical articles in authoritative journals such as "Theoretical Frontiers", "Reference for Party and Government Cadres", "Forum for Chinese Leading Cadres", "Study Times" and "People's Daily".
