王冶:正高级工程师,中国核能行业协会战略研究部首席师,中国核工业集团有限公司原经营管理部副主任、规划发展部副主任,中国原子能公司专职董事,经营管理部项目管理督察员,集团公司系统工程转型专家组组长,中国原子能院科学研究院、核工业管理干部学院兼职教授,享受国务院政府特殊津贴,国际项目经理专业资质认证B级评估师,清华大学研究生导师,南开大学MBA论文评审专家,中国核学会数字化与系统工程分会常务副理事长。北京理工大学机械制造及其自动化专业硕士研究生。1997年开始长期从事中核集团公司规划、固定资产投资项目和科研项目管理工作。在《原子能科学技术》《核科学与工程》《管理世界》等期刊发表三十余篇论文,并获得“高效能中子慢化包”国家发明专利。凝练提出了项目管理“六大控制七个零”的项目管理理念,建立了全局性、多维度、立体式、精细化的创新项目管理模式,构建了四个层级的项目管理人才培养体系,被国资委评为十大标杆模式,十大军工集团唯一一个。担任多项国家重大工程“两总”系统副总指挥,在项目策划、方案优化、解决实施和验收中的技术难题等方面发挥了重要作用。2016年以来,作为成果主创人多次获得中企联管理创新(国家级);国防科技工业企业管理创新成果奖和中核集团公司管理创新成果奖十几项。

Since 1997, he has been engaged in the planning, fixed asset investment projects and scientific research project management of CNNC for a long time. He has published more than 30 papers in journals such as "Atomic Energy Science and Technology", "Nuclear Science and Engineering", and "Management World", and obtained the national invention patent of "High Performance Neutron Moderation Package". It has condensed and put forward the project management concept of "six controls and seven zeros" for project management, established an overall, multi-dimensional, three-dimensional and refined innovative project management model, and built a four-level project management talent training system, which has been rated as one of the top ten benchmarking models by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and the only one of the top ten military industrial groups. He served as the deputy commander-in-chief of the "two generals" system of a number of major national projects, and played an important role in project planning, program optimization, and solving technical problems in implementation and acceptance. Since 2016, as the main creator of the results, he has won the management innovation (national level) of the China Enterprise Federation for many times; There are more than a dozen awards for management innovation achievements in national defense science, technology and industry enterprises and management innovation achievements awards for China National Nuclear Corporation.
