汪俊宏：男，中国金融分析师，战略管理专家，美国特许金融分析师（ CFA），原美国银行美林证券亚太区投资负责人，资深CFPTM、CTP、 AFP、EFP、CPB讲师 ，美国南加州大学MBA、中国人民银行研究生部硕士 、清华大学学士，世界级公司治理与营销战略专家，是国内唯一同时具备战略咨询经验和资本金融经验的华人专家，清华大学、北京大学客座教授。长期研究政府与企业经营战略、资本战略与人才战略，擅长公司财务分析、固定收益证券定价研究和衍生品定量分析，精于投资组合的投资策略制定和投资风险管理策略的应用和实施；汪俊宏曾任职美国银行美林证券亚太区投资负责人、美国HPO管理咨询集团亚太区执行长、美国硅谷风险投资团亚太地区首席执行官、北京华嘉机构文化·设计·创意委员会主席等。 曾任中国金融理财标准委员会副秘书长、 国际金融理财标准委员会中国专家委员会高级顾问、中国人民银行研究生部讲师、中信银行广州分行办公室副主任、国际业务部副总经理、私人银行部和零售银行部总经理、美国嘉华银行高级财务经理。在美工作十多年，操盘上百亿企业，拥有近三十年的国内外金融工作经验，全球访问上千家以上的企业，为国内数百家著名企业进行顾问、辅导、咨询、培训、更为多家国际、国内著名企业集团的首席顾问。
