陈雨田：浙江大学管理学院创新创业与战略学系实践教授（全职），上海交通大学战略管理方向管理学博士、哈佛商学院PMD、浙江大学过程控制系统学士。 从事企业管理27年，在世界500强和美欧500强集团中担任事业部中国区总经理7年、亚太区总裁20年。在担任亚太组织总裁20年的前10年里，领导内部创业，为全球财富排名前150的某跨国科技巨头在上海创建并亲自管理两个独资企业，包括一个制造型企业和一个服务型企业，将其中的制造型企业打造为全球300个制造型组织仅有的的十个金牌企业之一；在担任亚太组织总裁20年的第二个10年中，三次空降3家美欧的全球行业头部企业， 成功变革亚太组织，重组包括中国、日本、印度和东南亚的区域战略和综合管理体系，将其中两个原经营不善的亚太组织分别在三年内扭亏为盈，奠定了可持续发展的基础。将近30年的管理实践，让陈雨田老师在企业的综合管理方面积累了丰富的领导和管理经验及扎实的专业知识， 包括从战略设计到战略执行、从国内国际市场业务开疆拓土到内部创新创业，从营销体系和渠道建设到供应链及生态体系建设与优化，从企业综合运营体系建设到持续改善和创新体系建设、从组织和文化建设到财务绩效管理、从研发和产品战略管理到企业信息化和数字化迭代、从初创团队建设到到成熟期组织变革和多层级国际组织治理等全价值链各个方面。主要研究领域为战略管理、领导力与组织行为、创新创业与企业家精神、战略协同型组织能力与核心竞争力等。
Chen Yutian is a professor of practice in the Department of Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Strategy, School of Management, Zhejiang University, a Ph.D. in Strategic Management from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, a PMD from Harvard Business School, and a B.S. in Process Control Systems from Zhejiang University. He has been engaged in business management for 27 years, and has served as the general manager of the business unit in China for 7 years and the president of the Asia-Pacific region for 20 years in the world's top 500 and American and European top 500 groups. In the first 10 years of his 20-year tenure as President of the Asia-Pacific Organization, he led intrapreneurship and personally managed two wholly-owned enterprises in Shanghai for a multinational technology giant ranked among the world's top 150 wealthiest companies, including a manufacturing enterprise and a service-oriented enterprise, and built the manufacturing enterprise into one of the only ten gold medal enterprises among the world's 300 manufacturing organizations; In the second 10 years of his 20-year tenure as president of the Asia-Pacific Organization, he parachuted three global industry leaders from the United States and Europe three times, successfully transformed the Asia-Pacific Organization, reorganized the regional strategy and integrated management system including China, Japan, India and Southeast Asia, and turned two of the previously poorly managed Asia-Pacific organizations into profits within three years, laying the foundation for sustainable development. With nearly 30 years of management practice, Mr. Chen Yutian has accumulated rich leadership and management experience and solid professional knowledge in the comprehensive management of enterprises, including from strategic design to strategic implementation, from domestic and international market business expansion to internal innovation and entrepreneurship, from marketing system and channel construction to supply chain and ecosystem construction and optimization, from enterprise comprehensive operation system construction to continuous improvement and innovation system construction, from organizational and cultural construction to financial performance management. From R&D and product strategy management to enterprise informatization and digital iteration, from start-up team building to mature organizational change and multi-level international organization governance, all aspects of the whole value chain. His main research areas are strategic management, leadership and organizational behavior, innovation and entrepreneurship, strategic collaborative organizational ability and core competitiveness, etc.
