孙学勤：著名医院经营管理研究专家、医院管理高级培训师，当代医院管理研究院院长、现代医院管理网创始人、医院全成本管理理论创始人、医院全成本管理系统发明人、西安交通大学医院管理专业硕士。兼任中国卫生部干部培训中心特聘教授、北京大学、清华大学医院管理EMBA、华中科技大学、浙江大学医院管理课程特聘教授。从事过医院院长，卫生行政管理干部、卫生政策研究。从事医院管理方面的理论研究与实践工作20余年，担任国内79家医院的常年管理顾问。指导国内231家医疗机构进行全成本核算，亲自为239家医院制订综合绩效管理方案，研发上市医院管理信息系统21套。 孙学勤老师先后在全国各地300多家医疗机构授课，培养了大批优秀的医院管理人才。 为上海长海医院，湖南省人民医院，河南省人民医院，四川省人民医院，河北医科大学附属二院，广州军区总医院，江苏东南大学附属中大医院，广西医科大学第一附属医院等660余家医院做过内训。
Sun Xueqin: A well-known research expert in hospital management, a senior trainer of hospital management, the president of the Institute of Contemporary Hospital Management, the founder of the modern hospital management network, the founder of the hospital full cost management theory, the inventor of the hospital full cost management system, and the master of hospital management of Xi'an Jiaotong University. He is also a distinguished professor of the Cadre Training Center of the Ministry of Health of China, an EMBA in Hospital Management of Peking University and Tsinghua University, a distinguished professor of Hospital Management in Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and Zhejiang University. He has been engaged in hospital director, health administration cadre, and health policy research. He has been engaged in theoretical research and practice in hospital management for more than 20 years, and has served as a perennial management consultant for 79 hospitals in China. Guided 231 domestic medical institutions to carry out full cost accounting, personally formulated comprehensive performance management plans for 239 hospitals, and developed 21 sets of listed hospital management information systems. He has successively taught in more than 300 medical institutions across the country and cultivated a large number of outstanding hospital management talents. He has done internal training for more than 660 hospitals, including Shanghai Changhai Hospital, Hunan Provincial People's Hospital, Henan Provincial People's Hospital, Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hebei Medical University, the General Hospital of Guangzhou Military Region, Zhongda Hospital Affiliated to Jiangsu Southeast University, and the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University.
