董晓宇，男，中关村发展集团资深专家、中国能源研究会能源政策研究中心特聘研究员，经济学博士，管理学博士后，正高级经济师。兼任：北京师范大学经济与资源管理研究院绿色经济研究所副所长、培训中心执行主任、北京师范大学首都科技发展战略研究院研究人员，中国农业大学MBA教育中心企业导师，北京立信中和咨询管理有限公司首席咨询师、北京京师天汇培训中心高级顾问、北京东方华尔金融咨询公司高级讲师等职。曾在国家电网北京市电力公司从事产业金融、战略管理、股权投资、企业上市培育等资本运营工作；曾在省级大型高新技术企业集团、上市公司、央企任中高级管理人员，所从事的工作领域包括人力资源、企业文化、资本运营、企业战略、企业内部控制等；曾在北京市朝阳区政府挂职，在国务院发展研究中心区域经济与战略研究部从事研究工作。参与完成国家社科基金重大项目A类课题1项，国家部委委托课题7项，地方政府委托课题2项。内容涉及收入分配、民族经济、产业经济、区域发展战略规划、政府管制、宏观经济调控等。曾获得中国青年发展基金奖励、第四届中国人力资源管理大奖优秀成果奖等科研奖励、北京市科委博士论文资助奖、省部级金融领军人才、高级培训师等。主持或参与完成中航庆安集团、中国国际工程咨询公司等单位多项企业管理咨询项目，涉及企业组织架构优化、人力资源整体解决方案、战略规划、全面预算管理及内部控制等。参与编著出版《中国经济改革30年：市场经济进程卷》《2008中国市场化发展报告》《CHINA’S NEW DEAL:ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT UNDER INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL CRISIS》《中国地区间居民收入分配差距研究》《2010中国市场化发展报告》《宏观经济学讲演录》《2012首都科技创新发展报告》等学术著作11部。在《现代经济探讨》《科技进步与对策》《贵州财经大学学报》《中国经贸》《当代经济管理》《中国延安干部学院学报》等国内刊物发表学术论文20余篇。长期为地方政府编写产业园区发展规划和五年发展规划，以及中国政府与缅甸、老挝、越南等国的跨境产业合作区发展规划。
