胡明艳
中央党校哲学部科技哲学教研室副主任、副教授
个人履历：
胡明艳：女，1984年出生，安徽无为人，哲学博士，中央党校（国家行政学院）哲学部科技哲学教研室副主任、副教授。南京大学哲学学士，清华大学哲学博士，荷兰代尔夫特理工大学哲学系访问学者，英国爱丁堡大学科技与创新研究所访问学者（2013-2014）。主要研究方向为科技伦理、科技与社会。先后在《自然辩证法研究》《自然辩证法通讯》《学习时报》等学术期刊、报纸及国际会议上发表学术论文等30余篇；出版《坚持创新思维》《纳米技术发展的伦理参与研究》等多部著作。
Hu Mingyan: female, born in 1984, Wuwei, Anhui Province, Ph.D., deputy director and associate professor of the Teaching and Research Department of Philosophy of Science and Technology of the Department of Philosophy of the Party School of the Central Committee (National Academy of Administration). He holds a bachelor's degree in philosophy from Nanjing University, a doctorate in philosophy from Tsinghua University, a visiting scholar at the Department of Philosophy at Delft University of Technology, the Netherlands, and a visiting scholar at the Institute of Science, Technology and Innovation at the University of Edinburgh (2013-2014). His research interests include ethics of science and technology, science and technology and society. He has published more than 30 academic papers in academic journals, newspapers and international conferences such as "Research on Dialectics of Nature", "Dialectics of Nature Newsletter" and "Study Times". He has published many books such as "Persistence in Innovative Thinking" and "Research on Ethical Participation in the Development of Nanotechnology".
