个人履历：
张来斌：男，1961年9月出生，安徽铜陵人，中国工程院院士，中国石油大学（北京）教授、博士生导师，中国石油大学（北京）学术委员会主任，中国石油大学（北京）原校长，第十四届全国政协常委，享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家。兼任：国务院学位委员会安全科学与工程学科评议组成员，中国工程教育认证协会安全类专业认证委员会主任，教育部高等学校安全科学与工程类专业教学指导委员会副主任，公共安全科学技术学会第二届理事会副理事长，中国石油学会石油工程专业委员会副主任，《中国大百科全书》第三版总编辑委员会编委，《Petroleum Science》、《石油科学通报》、《中国安全生产科学技术》、《石油钻探技术》等杂志编委会主任或委员。1985年6月，毕业于华东石油学院北京研究生部石油机械专业，获硕士学位；1991年11月，毕业于中国石油大学（北京）机械工程专业，获得博士学位，后留校从事科研和教学工作；1992年，任中国石油大学（北京）机电系副主任；1994年起，历任中国石油大学（北京）机电系主任、机电学院院长；1998年，任中国石油大学（北京）党委副书记；1999年，任中国石油大学（北京）副校长；2005年至2021年，任中国石油大学（北京）校长。2021年，当选中国工程院院士。张来斌长期从事油气安全学科的教学与科研工作，特别是油气生产装备的故障诊断、系统风险评估和早期预警理论、方法及技术等领域的专研，并在油井管损伤检测、油气生产大型动力机组故障诊断及油气生产系统风险评估和早期预警方面作出了创新性成绩，推动了中国在该领域的技术进步。主持完成国家级、省部级及企业委托的项目多项。获国家技术发明二等奖2项，国家科技进步二等奖2项（排五、六），省部级科技进步特等奖和一等奖多项 授权发明专利50余件，软件著作权25项，出版专著和教材多部，发表论文200余篇。获SPE杰出会员、孙越崎能源大奖、IET-方正大学校长奖。北京市教学名师。第十一、十二、十三、十四届全国政协常委，第十三届全国政协人口资源环境委员会委员，第十四届全国政协提案委员会委员。
