个人履历：
黄德汉：男，1965年出生，广东南雄县人，著名的税务统筹专家，高级会计师、注册税务师，广东外语外贸大学会计学院审计系副教授，广东省外商投资企业协会、珠海外商投资企业协会特聘专家，清华大学深圳研究生院、中央财经大学、上海财经大学、中山大学商学院等院校税收主讲专家。上海财经大学会计学专业本科学位。1991年7月至2008年12月，任职于广东财经职业学校；2009年1月至今，任职广东外语外贸大学会计学，副教授。主要担任的课程有：财务会计、会计模拟实验教程、基础会计、财务会计报表分析等。从事税务稽查工作十几年，在实际工作中总结了大量的避税与反避税的方案，特别在纳税筹划的研究上有丰富的实践经验。尤其是高超、绝妙的纳税筹划技巧和丰富的实际操作经验获得广泛和高度评价。极其精通中国税法,对中国税法有系统、深入的研究。在全国各地进行的《企业税收管理》《企业纳税筹划》《企业重组并购税务处理》等课程讲座中，为纳税人提供了大量的筹划方案。黄德汉教授现担任北京东土科技股份有限公司独立董事、骆驼集团股份有限公司独立董事、宜通世纪科技股份有限公司独立董事和百奥泰生物制药股份有限公司独立董事。
