个人履历：
徐为民：男，1952年生于上海，复旦大学复旦大学经济学院教授，复旦大学企业研究所副所长，清华大学特聘研究员。1986年毕业于复旦大学经济学系，获经济学硕士学位，并留系任教至今。一直从事企业经济学和政治经济学的研究和教学。。曾在《复旦学报》、《社会科学》等报刊杂志上发表学术论文70余篇，著有《大转折时代的企业经济学》《民营企业发展风险对策》等专著。常年应邀为上海、江苏、浙江、山东等地的企业授课，并受各省工商联、国资委、经贸委委托培训其骨干企业领导人。常年为复旦、清华、交通等著名高校在各省市的MBA课程班或总裁高级研修班授课。由于经常深入企业作调研，善于将前瞻性的理论与企业的微观操作相结合，尤其是关于企业发展误区与出路的研究，突出了实践性、实战性和实用性，配之以丰富贴切的案例及演讲式的风格，因而特别地受到了来自于一线的企业家和职业经理人们的欢迎。担任多家企业顾问。
Xu Weimin, male, born in Shanghai in 1952, is a professor at the School of Economics, Fudan University, deputy director of the Enterprise Research Institute of Fudan University, and a distinguished researcher at Tsinghua University. He graduated from the Department of Economics of Fudan University in 1986 with a master's degree in economics. He has been engaged in the research and teaching of business economics and political economy. He has published more than 70 academic papers in newspapers and magazines such as Fudan Journal and Social Sciences, and is the author of monographs such as "Enterprise Economics in the Era of Great Transition" and "Risk Countermeasures for the Development of Private Enterprises". He has been invited to give lectures to enterprises in Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong and other places all the year round, and has been entrusted by the provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and the Economic and Trade Commission to train its backbone enterprise leaders. Perennial lectures for MBA courses or senior seminars for presidents of famous universities such as Fudan, Tsinghua University, and Jiaotong in various provinces and cities. Due to the frequent in-depth research of enterprises, good at combining forward-looking theories with the micro operation of enterprises, especially the research on the misunderstandings and ways out of enterprise development, highlighting the practicality, practicality and practicability, coupled with rich and appropriate cases and speech style, it is especially welcomed by entrepreneurs and professional managers from the front line.
