上海市委党校一级教授，被尊称为“冷哲学”
个人履历：
冷鹤鸣：男，中共上海市委党校一级教授、研究生导师，上海市哲学学会理事，团中央展望计划西部人才培训中心、科技部西部科技人才培训中心特聘教授，中国海关总署党校、中国交通银行总行党校特聘教授。多年从事马克思主义哲学研究工作，承担了全国各省市和上海各单位的教学任务。在《上海行政学院学报》《社会科学》《毛泽东邓小平理论研究》等期刊上发表论文30余篇；出版《马克思主义思想路线》等著作多部；多项专著获得国家级奖项，连续20年获得上海市委党校教学优秀奖。曾在温州，宿迁，张家港，银川，青岛，常州，黄山，湖北，乌海，濮阳，九原，余姚，昆山等地做过有关科学发展观、和谐社会、党史党建等方面的讲座。被尊称为“冷哲学”，深邃、冷静、博大。
Leng Heming: male, first-class professor and graduate tutor of the Party School of the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, director of the Shanghai Philosophical Society, distinguished professor of the Western Talent Training Center of the Central Prospect Program of the Communist Youth League and the Western Science and Technology Talent Training Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and distinguished professor of the Party School of the General Administration of Customs of China and the Party School of the head office of the Bank of Communications. He has been engaged in the research of Marxist philosophy for many years, and has undertaken the teaching tasks of various provinces and cities across the country and various units in Shanghai. He has published more than 30 papers in journals such as Journal of Shanghai Institute of Administration, Social Sciences, and Research on Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping Theory. published many works such as "Marxist Ideological Line"; A number of monographs have won national awards, and have won the Teaching Excellence Award of the Party School of the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee for 20 consecutive years. He has given lectures on the scientific concept of development, harmonious society, party history and party building in Wenzhou, Suqian, Zhangjiagang, Yinchuan, Qingdao, Changzhou, Huangshan, Hubei, Wuhai, Puyang, Jiuyuan, Yuyao, Kunshan and other places. Revered as "cold philosophy", it is profound, calm and broad.
