个人履历：
苏源泉：男，1954年出生，陕西省西安市人，管理学教授，中共陕西省委党校（陕西省行政学院）教授，中共陕西省委讲师团特聘教授，西安交通大学公务员培训/EMBA/CEO课程主讲教授，西北大学经济管理学院MBA（工商管理硕士）导师，陕西省秦商研究会常务理事，《陕西新闻联播》《陕西日报》《陕西电视台.观点》《西安电视台.西安午新闻》《西安电视台.问政时刻》等媒体特邀嘉宾。1979年就读于西北大学哲学系，1983年毕业分配于陕西省经济管理干部学院任教，1996年至2003年担任陕西省行政学院（陕西省经济管理干部学院）工商管理系副主任，其间1996年至1998年由省委组织部下派挂职锻炼，任陕西百隆集团股份公司（上市公司）副总经理。主讲宏观经济、战略管理、领导力、执行力、党建等讲座课程，年均百余场，逻辑清晰、案例生动、理论到位。并先后在各级公开刊物发表学术论文40多篇，主持参与各类课题三十多项。长期承担西安交通大学、西北大学公务员培训CEOEMBAMBA相关课程讲座,承担陕西省委省政府主办的省属国企领导培训和公务员培训讲座，并为上海交通大学//中山大学CEOEMBA授课讲座，为国家行政学院举办的意大利政府司局级官员和中国延安干部学院授课讲座，还为全国各省各级公务员授课讲座。多年来，为工农中建等各大银行、中国黄金集团、国家电网、中石油、中国电信、中国华能、新疆生产建设兵团、神华集团、海航集团、延长石油、陕煤化集团、航天四院、航天六院、西飞公司等数千家企业培训授课。曾由省委组织部下派锻炼出任省百货公司副总，曾任上市公司高管、上市公司独立董事及多家企业顾问。
Su Yuanquan: male, born in 1954, from Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province, professor of management, professor of the Party School of the Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China (Shaanxi Provincial School of Administration), distinguished professor of the lecturer group of the Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, professor of civil servant training/EMBA/CEO course of Xi'an Jiaotong University, MBA (Master of Business Administration) tutor of the School of Economics and Management of Northwest University, executive director of the Shaanxi Qin Business Research Association, "Shaanxi News Network", "Shaanxi Daily", "Shaanxi TV. Viewpoint "Xi'an TV. Xi'an Noon News, Xi'an TV. Politics Moment" and other media special guests. In 1979, he studied at the Department of Philosophy of Northwest University, graduated in 1983 and was assigned to teach at Shaanxi Provincial Economic Management Cadre College, and served as the deputy director of the Business Administration Department of Shaanxi Provincial School of Administration (Shaanxi Provincial Economic Management Cadre College) from 1996 to 2003. He lectures on macroeconomics, strategic management, leadership, execution, party building and other lectures, with an average of more than 100 lectures per year, with clear logic, vivid cases and theories. He has published more than 40 academic papers in public journals at all levels, and presided over and participated in more than 30 projects. He has long been responsible for Xi'an Jiaotong University and Northwest University civil servant trainingCEOEMBAMBA related course lectures, undertaken the provincial state-owned enterprise leadership training and civil servant training lectures sponsored by the Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government, and lectured for the CEOEMBA of Shanghai Jiaotong University//Sun Yat-sen University, lectured for the Italian government director-level officials held by the National Academy of Administration and the Yan'an Cadre Academy in China, and also gave lectures for civil servants at all levels in various provinces across the country. Over the years, it has provided training and teaching for thousands of enterprises such as major banks such as China National Gold Group, State Grid, PetroChina, China Telecom, China Huaneng, Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, Shenhua Group, HNA Group, Yanchang Petroleum, Shaanxi Coal Chemical Group, Fourth Aerospace Academy, Sixth Aerospace Academy, and Xifei Company. He was appointed as the vice president of the provincial department store by the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee, and served as a senior executive of a listed company, an independent director of a listed company and a consultant of a number of enterprises.
