个人履历：
刘朋：山东胶州人，党建专家，中共广东省委党校校委委员，教授、硕士研究生导师，广东党建研究所副所长，《广东党建》杂志副主编，岭南学者，全国党校系统精品课获得者、中组部好课程或者者。北京师范大学博士毕业，长期从事党史党建和当代中国政治研究，是广东省年轻的著名的党建专家。目前主持省部级课题一项，参与国家课题三项，近年来先后在《中国社会科学报》《理论视野》《教学与研究》《理论与改革》《云南社会科学》《南方日报》等国家核心期刊发表论文50余篇，多篇被人大复印资料、人民网等权威机构转载。发表论文80余篇，出版《党员的样子》《新中国成立初期中国共产党执政范式研究》《基层党建品牌创建指南》《中央秘密交通线》等著作。
Liu Peng: A native of Jiaozhou, Shandong, an expert in party building, a member of the Party School Committee of the Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, a professor, a master's tutor, deputy director of the Guangdong Institute of Party Building, deputy editor-in-chief of the magazine "Guangdong Party Building", a Lingnan scholar, a winner of excellent courses in the national party school system, and a good course or a good course of the Central Organization Department. Graduated from Beijing Normal University with a doctorate, he has been engaged in the study of party history and party building and contemporary Chinese politics for a long time, and is a young and well-known party building expert in Guangdong Province. In recent years, he has published more than 50 papers in national core journals such as "China Social Science News", "Theoretical Vision", "Teaching and Research", "Theory and Reform", "Yunnan Social Sciences", "Nanfang Daily", etc., many of which have been reprinted by authoritative institutions such as the National People's Congress and People's Daily Online. He has published more than 80 papers, including "The Appearance of Party Members", "Research on the Governing Paradigm of the Communist Party of China in the Early Years of the Founding of New China", "Guide to the Creation of Grassroots Party Building Brands", "Central Secret Traffic Line" and other works.
