个人履历:
张平:男,1959年出生于陕西省汉中市,中国工程院院士,移动通信专家,北京邮电大学教授、博士生导师、网络与交换技术国家重点实验室主任,国务院参事,北京市人民政府参事。先后担任国家九七三首席科学家、国家自然科学基金委员会首届国际合作咨询委员、信息学部第三、五、六届咨询委员、科技部863网络与通信主题专家、国家科技重大专项“新一代宽带无线移动通信网”总体组专家、IMT-Advanced 2020(5G)专家组成员、国家第六代移动通信(6G)技术研发总体专家组专家,《通信学报》主编,IEEE Fellow等。1990年毕业于北京邮电大学获工学博士学位。长期致力于移动通信理论研究和技术创新,为我国自主技术成为国际主流做出了基础性的贡献。提出宽带TDD(时分双工)高速移动理论与方法,创建认知无线异构网络组网架构,主持完成我国首个4G TDD重大试验示范工程,自主研制TDD多模测试技术及仪器,填补我国高端测试仪器领域的空白。先后发表论文450篇,出版专著10部。先后获国家科学技术进步奖特等奖1项、国家科学技术进步奖一等奖1项、国家技术发明奖二等奖3项、国家科学技术进步奖二等奖2项。获首届“全国创新争先奖”奖章、光华工程科技奖、何梁何利基金科学与技术进步奖。教育部首届“黄大年式教师团队”、国家自然科学基金委“创新研究群体”带头人。1959年4月8日出生于陕西省汉中市,农工党员。长期从事移动通信领域研究及教学工作。曾获国家科技进步特等奖、一等奖、二等奖,国家技术发明奖二等奖,国家级教学成果奖二等奖等。中国工程院院士。2019年11月,当选为中国工程院院士。2024年2月被聘为国务院参事。
