个人履历：
谢贵荣，男，四川洪雅县人，中共党员，现为中央财经大学会计学院副教授，任中央财经大学会计与财务研究中心财务管理研究部副主任。兼任：北京大学、清华大学、中国科学院大学MBA中心、华北电力大学MBA中心等著名高校工商管理客座教授，清华大学总裁俱乐部专家委员会委员，国资委职业经理人认证中心特聘培训师。曾先后在税务局、会计师事务所、管理咨询公司从事税务检查、财务审计、资产评估、管理咨询等工作。1993年—1998年先后考取注册会计师、地产估价师、律师、资产评估师、注册税务师、注册会计师证券期货相关业务资格。2001年中央财经大学青年教师教学基本功比赛第一名，北京市重点高等院校教学基本功比赛二等奖。研究领域：财务管理、财务诊断、财务报表分析。主讲《财务管理》《财务诊断》《财务报表分析》等课程。著《跨国公司并购境内上市公司绩效研究》，编著《财务诊断》《会计报表阅读技巧》《财务管理运作实务》《资本运营的奥秘》《出口货物退免税操作实务》，参编《新税法总览总释》《CFO必读》等，发表学术论文数十篇。
Xie Guirong, male, from Hongya County, Sichuan, a member of the Communist Party of China, is currently an associate professor at the School of Accountancy of the Central University of Finance and Economics, and the deputy director of the Financial Management Research Department of the Accounting and Financial Research Center of the Central University of Finance and Economics. He is also a visiting professor of business administration at Peking University, Tsinghua University, MBA Center of the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, MBA Center of North China Electric Power University, a member of the Expert Committee of the President Club of Tsinghua University, and a special trainer of the Professional Manager Certification Center of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. He has successively worked in tax inspection, financial audit, asset appraisal and management consulting in tax bureaus, accounting firms and management consulting companies. From 1993 to 1998, he successively obtained the qualifications of certified public accountant, real estate appraiser, lawyer, asset appraiser, certified tax agent and certified public accountant in securities and futures. In 2001, he won the first prize in the Teaching Basic Skills Competition for Young Teachers of the Central University of Finance and Economics, and the second prize in the Teaching Basic Skills Competition for Key Colleges and Universities in Beijing. Research Interests: Financial Management, Financial Diagnosis, Financial Statement Analysis. He teaches courses such as "Financial Management", "Financial Diagnosis" and "Financial Statement Analysis". He is the author of "Research on the Performance of Mergers and Acquisitions of Domestic Listed Companies by Multinational Corporations", "Financial Diagnosis", "Reading Skills of Accounting Statements", "Financial Management Operation Practice", "The Mystery of Capital Operation", "Operation Practice of Tax Refund and Tax Exemption for Export Goods", participated in the compilation of "General Interpretation of the New Tax Law", "CFO Must Read", etc., and published dozens of academic papers.
