个人履历：
董晓宇，男，1971年7月生，河南信阳人，中共党员，北京市委党校公共管理教研部主任，教授、硕士生导师。兼任清华大学人文学院、清华大学继续教育学院课程教授。1994年毕业于河南郑州大学政治与行政学系，获法学学士学位；1997年，毕业于中国人民大学行政学系，获法学硕士学位；2003年中国人民大学公共管理学院行政学系毕业，获管理学博士学位；2006年到美国佐治亚大学卡尔文森政府研究中心做访问学者，进行民主治理的国际比较研究。1997年至今，在北京市委党校（行政学院）公共管理教研部任教。主要从事公共治理、政府改革、公共服务等领域的教学与研究工作，侧重政府职能转变、行政体制改革、政府运行机制等研究方向。主持国家社科基金项目1项（“简政放权背景下地方政府对市场后续监管的部门间协调机制研究”）；主持的北京市课题“北京市行政管理体制和机构改革研究”获“十一五”北京市社会科学规划项目一等奖；参与国家社会科学规划、北京市社会科学规划课题6项；承担或参与国家保密局、北京市奥组委、上海浦东新区、北京房山区政府、深圳市罗湖区政府等委托课题多项。获2012年度学校精品课“二等奖”、2013年度学校教学“一等奖”、2014年度学校精品课“一等奖”、2016年度学校教学“三等奖”。2016年“国家治理现代化背景下的行政体制改革”获全国行政学院系统首届精品课。撰写《中国公共管理》《服务型政府》学术独著2部，参与主编《转型中的政府》《公共服务能力》《第三种文明》等著作7部，主编《行政组织学》教材2部；在《新华文摘》《中国行政管理》《北京行政学院学报》等核心期刊发表学术论文20篇，在其他期刊与媒体发表论文30余篇。
Dong Xiaoyu, male, born in July 1971, from Xinyang, Henan Province, is a member of the Communist Party of China, director of the Public Administration Teaching and Research Department of the Party School of the Beijing Municipal Party Committee, professor and master's tutor. He is also a professor at the School of Humanities and the School of Continuing Education of Tsinghua University. In 1994, he graduated from the Department of Political Science and Public Administration of Zhengzhou University, Henan Province with a bachelor's degree in law. In 1997, he graduated from the Department of Public Administration of Chinese People's University with a master's degree in law. In 2003, he graduated from the Department of Public Administration, School of Public Administration, Renmin University, Chinese with a doctorate degree in management. In 2006, he was a visiting scholar at the Carl Vinson Center for Government Studies at the University of Georgia in United States, conducting international comparative research on democratic governance. Since 1997, he has been teaching at the Department of Public Administration of the Party School (School of Administration) of the Beijing Municipal Party Committee. He is mainly engaged in teaching and research in the fields of public governance, government reform, and public service, focusing on the transformation of government functions, the reform of administrative systems, and the operation mechanism of government. Presided over 1 project of the National Social Science Fund ("Research on the Inter-departmental Coordination Mechanism of Local Governments for Market Follow-up Supervision in the Context of Streamlining Administration and Delegating Power"); The Beijing project "Research on the Reform of Beijing Administrative Management System and Institutions" presided over by him won the first prize of the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" Beijing Social Science Planning Project; Participated in 6 national social science planning projects and Beijing social science planning projects; Undertake or participate in a number of commissioned projects by the State Secrets Bureau, Beijing Olympic Organizing Committee, Shanghai Pudong New Area, Beijing Fangshan District Government, Shenzhen Luohu District Government, etc.; He won the "Second Prize" of 2012 School Excellent Courses, the "First Prize" of School Teaching in 2013, the "First Prize" of School Excellent Courses in 2014, and the "Third Prize" of School Teaching in 2016. In 2016, "Administrative System Reform in the Context of National Governance Modernization" was awarded the first excellent course of the National School of Administration system. He has written 2 academic monographs on "China's Public Administration" and "Service-oriented Government", participated in the editor-in-chief of 7 books such as "Government in Transition", "Public Service Capability" and "The Third Civilization", and edited 2 textbooks of "Administrative Organization". He has published 20 academic papers in core journals such as Xinhua Digest, China Administration, and Journal of Beijing School of Administration, and more than 30 papers in other journals and media.
