个人履历：
谭健，1955年生，湖南慈利人，少将军衔，解放军报原总编辑，原南京政治学院博士生导师，湖南师范大学“潇湘学者”讲座教授，享受国务院政府特殊津贴，首批入选中央“四个一批”人才库，全国新闻出版行业领军人才，中国大百科全书政治工作卷编纂人，军队新闻系统高级职称评审委员会主任委员。第八届中华全国新闻工作者协会副主席，第十二届全国人大代表，中国书法家协会会员，中国作家协会会员。1972年毕业于慈利县第二中学，1973年3月上山下乡，在慈利县“五七”干校劳动。1976年2月入伍，1977年考入复旦大学中文系，获文学学士学位。1987年考入中国社会科学院研究生院，获新闻学硕士学位。历任排长、师团政治机关干事、总政办公厅调研员，解放军报社理论宣传部编辑组长、总编室编辑组长、评论部副主任、主任。2008年任解放军报副总编辑。2010年04月任解放军报副社长。2011年10月当选为中华全国新闻工作者协会第八届理事会（中国记协）副主席。2012年5月任解放军报总编辑。2009年07月晋升为少将军衔。其撰写的文艺评论、杂文、散文等多次在国家级报刊获奖，多篇论文在全国优秀理论文章或解放军报优秀理论文章评选中获一等奖，连续三届(第十、十一、十二)获中国新闻奖评论类一等奖。是理论文献电视片《中国最高军事学府——国防大学》总撰稿人，并撰写相关辞条。具有较熟练的英语阅读和笔译能力，翻译出版《西蒙•波娃回忆录》(江苏文艺出版社)。2016年3月聘请为湖南师范大学“潇湘学者”讲座教授。
Tan Jian, born in 1955, is a native of Cili, Hunan, with the rank of major general, former editor-in-chief of the People's Liberation Army Daily, former doctoral supervisor of Nanjing University of Political Science, and chair professor of "Xiaoxiang Scholar" of Hunan Normal University. Vice Chairman of the 8th All-China Journalists Association, Deputy to the 12th National People's Congress, Member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, and Member of the Chinese Writers Association. He graduated from Cili County No. 2 Middle School in 1972, and went to the countryside in March 1973 to work in the "57" cadre school in Cili County. He joined the army in February 1976 and was admitted to the Department of Chinese of Fudan University in 1977 with a bachelor of arts. In 1987, he was admitted to the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and obtained a master's degree in journalism. He has successively served as a platoon commander, an officer of the political organs of the division and regiment, a researcher of the General Political Office, the head of the editorial team of the Theoretical Propaganda Department of the People's Liberation Army Newspaper, the head of the editorial team of the editor-in-chief's office, and the deputy director and director of the Commentary Department. In 2008, he served as deputy editor-in-chief of the People's Liberation Army Daily. In April 2010, he was appointed as the vice president of the People's Liberation Army Daily. In October 2011, he was elected as the vice chairman of the 8th Council of the All-China Journalists Association (China Journalists Association). In May 2012, he was appointed editor-in-chief of the People's Liberation Army Daily. In July 2009, he was promoted to the rank of major general. His literary criticisms, essays, and essays have won many awards in national newspapers and periodicals, and many papers have won the first prize in the selection of outstanding theoretical articles in the National Excellent Theoretical Articles or the People's Liberation Army Daily, and have won the first prize in the commentary category of the China News Awards for three consecutive years (10th, 11th, and 12th). He is the chief writer of the theoretical literature TV series "China's highest military academy - National Defense University", and writes relevant entries. He has proficient English reading and translation skills, and has translated and published "Memoirs of Simone Beauva" (Jiangsu Literature and Art Publishing House). In March 2016, he was hired as a chair professor of "Xiaoxiang Scholar" of Hunan Normal University.
