哈尔滨工程大学教授，孙子兵法研究专家，百家讲坛主讲人之一
个人履历：
于凡，哈尔滨工程大学国防教育学院教授，百家讲坛主讲人，精品课程《孙子兵法中的思维智慧》主讲人，黑龙江卫视节目嘉宾、哈尔滨电视台特约评论员。1997年从哈九中毕业后考入哈尔滨工程大学，2001年7月本科毕业后留校，成为国防教育学院军事教研室一名教师。2006年西安交通大学高等教育学硕士毕业。2016年，于凡讲授的课程《孙子兵法中的思维智慧》在智慧树慕课网络平台一战成名，仅是第一轮选课学生人数就有18000人，涉及到全国102所高校。自上线已经运行6个轮次，全国累计超10万名学生选修了此课。这门课2017年年底被国家教育部评为首批国家级精品在线开放课程。2003年和2007年两获校“‘教书育人’先进个人”荣誉称号；2006年9月，在校学生“我最喜爱的教师”评选活动中荣获第三名，并被授予“我最喜爱的教师”荣誉称号；2007年10月，在教育部主办的“全国军事教师讲课比赛”中以第一名成绩获得一等奖；2008年撰写论文获第四届全国普通高校国防教育科研论文一等奖参与编写全省军事理论统编教材一部，担任全省军事理论统编教材副主编编写教材一部；2009年10月，又以第一名成绩再次蝉联该赛事一等奖；2010年4月，被学校评选为“优秀主讲教师”；2010年5月，被教育部国防教育办公室聘请为“全国军事课教师培训班主讲教师”。2022年4月18日，于凡老师主讲的“趣解三十六计”（上部）正式在“百家讲坛”节目中与观众见面。
Yu Fan, a professor at the School of National Defense Education of Harbin Engineering University, a keynote speaker at the 100 Forum, a keynote speaker of the excellent course "Thinking Wisdom in the Art of War", a guest of Heilongjiang Satellite TV, and a special commentator of Harbin TV. After graduating from Harbin No. 9 Middle School in 1997, he was admitted to Harbin Engineering University, and after graduating from the bachelor's degree in July 2001, he stayed on and became a teacher in the Military Teaching and Research Department of the National Defense Education College. In 2006, he graduated from Xi'an Jiaotong University with a master's degree in higher education. In 2016, Yu Fan's course "Thinking Wisdom in the Art of War" became famous on the Wisdom Tree MOOC online platform, with 18,000 students in the first round alone, involving 102 colleges and universities across the country. Since the launch, it has been running for 6 rounds, and more than 100,000 students across the country have taken this course. At the end of 2017, this course was rated as one of the first batch of national excellent online open courses by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China. In 2003 and 2007, he was awarded the honorary title of "Advanced Individual in Teaching and Educating People"; In September 2006, he won the third place in the selection of "My Favorite Teacher" and was awarded the honorary title of "My Favorite Teacher". In October 2007, he won the first prize in the "National Military Teacher Lecture Competition" sponsored by the Ministry of Education; In 2008, he wrote a paper and won the first prize of the 4th National Defense Education and Scientific Research Paper Award in Ordinary Universities, participated in the compilation of a provincial military theory unified textbook, and served as the deputy editor-in-chief of the provincial military theory unified textbook and compiled a textbook; In October 2009, he won the first prize of the competition again with the first place; In April 2010, he was selected as "Excellent Lecturer" by the school; In May 2010, he was hired by the National Defense Education Office of the Ministry of Education as the "Lecturer of the National Military Course Teacher Training Course". On April 18, 2022, the "Thirty-six Strategies for Interesting Solutions" (upper part) delivered by Mr. Yu Fan officially met the audience in the "Hundred Lectures" program.
