个人履历：
汤超义，上海国家会计学院企业管理系教师，上海财经大学市场营销博士，上海国家会计学院孙子兵法管理应用中心主任，上海财经大学商学院兼职教师。1969年生，江西人，20岁获工学学士，28岁统计专业第二本科毕业，36岁赴美国攻读MBA，41岁获上海财大企业管理硕士，46岁获管理学博士，49岁美国波士顿学院访问学者。2001年，汤超义为了圆自己的“讲台梦”，在公司蓬勃发展期弃商从教，进入上海国家会计学院工作，历任上海国家会计学院市场部主任、院党委委员、纪委办主任、纪委办主任、院党委委员、合作项目部主任等职。以传播中华优秀文化为己任，长期潜心钻研，多篇论文在权威学术刊物发表，其中《中国古代闲暇思想与闲暇消费行为撷英》获全国优秀论文奖。著有畅销书《掌控人生主动权—孙子兵法与人生战略》，被国家新闻出版署列为2020年重点推荐图书。为上海财大MBA、上国会研究生、高端培训等授课多年，其《孙子兵法与人生战略》《儒家文化与关系管理》《平衡之道》等课程深受欢迎。被国务院授予“国家级先进个人”，连续多年被评为上海国家会计学院“先进工作者”。
Tang Chaoyi is a teacher in the Department of Business Administration of Shanghai National Accounting Institute, a Ph.D. in Marketing from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, the director of Sun Tzu's Art of War Management Application Center at Shanghai National Accounting Institute, and a part-time teacher at the Business School of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. Born in Jiangxi in 1969, he received a bachelor's degree in engineering at the age of 20, a second bachelor's degree in statistics at the age of 28, an MBA in United States at the age of 36, a master's degree in business administration from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics at the age of 41, a doctorate in management at the age of 46, and a visiting scholar at Boston College at the age United States 49. In 2001, in order to realize his "podium dream", Tang Chaoyi gave up business and taught during the vigorous development of the company, and entered the Shanghai National Accounting Institute, and successively served as the director of the marketing department, member of the party committee of the college, director of the office of the discipline inspection commission, director of the office of the discipline inspection commission, member of the party committee of the institute, and director of the cooperative project department of the Shanghai National Accounting Institute. With the mission of spreading the excellent Chinese culture, he has devoted himself to research for a long time, and many papers have been published in authoritative academic journals and won the National Excellent Paper Award. He is the author of the best-selling book "Controlling the Initiative in Life - Sun Tzu's Art of War and Life Strategy", which was listed as a key recommended book by the National Press and Publication Administration in 2020. He has taught MBA at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, graduate students of Shanghai Congress, and high-end training for many years, and his courses such as "The Art of War and Life Strategy", "Confucian Culture and Relationship Management", and "The Way of Balance" are very popular. He was awarded the "National Advanced Individual" by the State Council, and was rated as the "Advanced Worker" of Shanghai National Accounting Institute for many years.
