个人履历：
赵景芳，1974年生，男，河北安国人，国防大学国家安全学院战略咨询中心副主任，教授，军事科学院研究生院军事学博士，国防大学第三批教研骨干发展支持对象。主要研究领域为国家安全战略和军事战略。先后参加国家和军队重大课题近20项，获得国防大学刘伯承科研奖等10余项。在《外国军事学术》《世界经济与政治》《国防大学学报》《太平洋学报》等国内重要刊物发表学术文章60余篇。出版《美国战略文化研究》《和平与战争之间》《国家安全危机管理析论》《现代国际安全理论精要》等著作7部。
Zhao Jingfang, born in 1974, male, a native of Anguo, Hebei Province, is the deputy director and professor of the Strategic Consulting Center of the National Security College of the National Defense University, the doctor of military science of the Graduate School of the Academy of Military Sciences, and the third batch of teaching and research backbone development support objects of the National Defense University. His main research areas are national security strategy and military strategy. He has participated in nearly 20 major national and military projects, and won more than 10 scientific research awards from the National Defense University. He has published more than 60 academic articles in important domestic journals such as Foreign Military Academics, World Economy and Politics, Journal of National Defense University, and Pacific Journal. He has published seven books, including "Research on United States Strategic Culture", "Between Peace and War", "Analysis of National Security Crisis Management", and "Essentials of Modern International Security Theory".
