个人履历：
徐弃郁，大校，教授，清华大学国家战略研究院资深研究员，原国防大学战略研究所副所长，中国社会科学院国际政治学博士。曾任国防部外事工作专家小组成员、第十一届全国青联委员。先后被聘选为“中美杰出青年论坛”成员、国防部外事工作专家小组成员。长期从事中美关系、欧洲安全、海上安全及国际问题和战略史的研究。出版专著《脆弱的崛起：大战略与德意志帝国的命运》、《帝国定型：美国的1890-1900》，其中《脆弱的崛起》一书英文版权被美国哈佛大学购买，并于2017年在美正式翻译出版，哈佛大学教授、肯尼迪政府管理学院首任院长格雷厄姆·阿利森为书作序。多次作为军队专家参加“香格里拉对话会”等重大军事外交活动，并代表中方向时任日本首相安倍晋三、美国防长马蒂斯尖锐提问。在得到APP开设有《美国简史》《德国简史》《英国简史》《全球智库报告解读》等课程。以其深厚的学术背景、丰富的实践经验和卓越的研究成果，对中国和世界的和平与发展做出了积极的贡献。其作品和课程深受读者和听众的喜爱，对于提升公众对国际关系和历史的认知水平起到了积极作用。
Xu Qiyu, Colonel, Professor, Senior Researcher of the Institute of National Strategy of Tsinghua University, former Deputy Director of the Institute of Strategic Studies of the National Defense University, and Doctor of International Politics of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He was a member of the Foreign Affairs Expert Group of the Ministry of National Defense and a member of the 11th All-China Youth Federation. He has been selected as a member of the "China-US Outstanding Youth Forum" and a member of the Foreign Affairs Expert Group of the Ministry of National Defense. He has long been engaged in research on Sino-US relations, European security, maritime security, and international issues and strategic history. He has published monographs "The Fragile Rise: Grand Strategy and the Fate of the German Empire" and "The Formation of the Empire: The United States 1890-1900", in which the English copyright of the book "The Fragile Rise" was purchased by United States Harvard University and officially translated and published in the United States in 2017, with Graham Allison, professor at Harvard University and the first dean of the Kennedy School of Government, · preface to the book. He has participated in major military and diplomatic activities such as the "Shangri-La Dialogue" as a military expert on many occasions, and has asked sharp questions on behalf of China to then Japan Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and United States Secretary of Defense Mattis. In the APP, there are courses such as "A Brief History of United States", "A Brief History of Germany", "A Brief History of United Kingdom", and "Interpretation of Global Think Tank Reports". With his profound academic background, rich practical experience and excellent research results, he has made positive contributions to the peace and development of China and the world.
