国防大学危机管理中心主任，国防大学教授、博士生导师，国家安全战略学学科带头人。
个人履历：
赵子聿，1983年入伍，1990年毕业于国防大学，现为国防大学危机管理中心主任，教授，博士生导师，国家安全战略学学科带头人，国防大学主干学科战略学首席专家。曾担任国防大学国防和军队发展战略教研室首任主任。长期从事国家安全和危机管理研究，在20多项国家和军队重大课题中担任负责人和主笔人，中国应急管理领域50位名家之一。主要著作有《国家安全危机决策》《国家安全危机管理析论》《美国陆军》《面对动荡的世界》等。获军队优秀科研成果一等奖，军队学科拔尖人才培养对象，军队学习成才先进个人，二次荣立个人三等功。
Zhao Ziyu, who joined the army in 1983 and graduated from the National Defense University in 1990, is now the director of the Crisis Management Center of the National Defense University, a professor, a doctoral supervisor, a leader in the discipline of national security strategy, and a chief expert in the main discipline of strategy of the National Defense University. He has won the first prize of the army's outstanding scientific research achievements, the training object of the military's top-notch talents, the army's advanced individual who has become a talent in learning, and has been awarded the third-class meritorious service of the individual for the second time.
