国防大学教授，大校军衔，国家国防教育讲师团成员。
个人履历：
顾伟，国防大学政治学院教授、硕士生导师，大校军衔，军事学博士，原为国防大学政治学院军事理论教研室主任。1974年5月出生，1991年8月入伍，1998年3月毕业于空军导弹学院，获军事硕士学位。现为国家中层领导干部培训师资库成员，国家国防教育讲师团成员，知远战略与防务研究所研究员，复旦大学、上海交通大学和上海大学等高校的客座教授。长期从事战略基础理论，美国国家安全战略、军事战略、军队建设和战略管理理论等问题的研究，善用战略理论对现实问题进行分析和解读。参与的《分布交互式体系结构协议数据单元标准研究》课题获全军科技进步三等奖。出版《军事科技与新军事变革》《战略概念能力——空海一体战概念与美军能力建设》等著作七部，在《美国问题研究》《军事历史研究》《新民周刊》等刊物上发表论文七十余篇。在伊拉克战争期间，以军事专家身份担任上海电视台、东方电视台特邀军事评论员。
Gu Wei, professor and master's supervisor of the School of Political Science of the National Defense University, with the rank of colonel and a doctor of military science, was formerly the director of the Military Theory Teaching and Research Department of the Political College of the National Defense University. Born in May 1974, he enlisted in the army in August 1991 and graduated from the Air Force Missile Academy in March 1998 with a master's degree in military affairs. He is currently a member of the National Middle-level Leading Cadres Training Faculty Pool, a member of the National Defense Education Lecturer Group, a researcher at the Zhiyuan Institute of Strategic and Defense Studies, and a visiting professor at Fudan University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai University and other universities. He has long been engaged in the research of basic strategic theory, United States national security strategy, military strategy, army building and strategic management theory, and makes good use of strategic theory to analyze and interpret practical problems. The project "Research on Data Unit Standards of Distributed Interactive Architecture Protocols" participated in won the third prize of the Army's Science and Technology Progress Award. He has published seven books, including "Military Science and Technology and New Military Transformation," "Strategic Concept Capability-Air-Sea Integrated Warfare Concept and US Military Capacity Building," and published more than 70 papers in journals such as "Studies on United States," "Studies in Military History," and "Xinmin Weekly." During the Iraq War, as a military expert, he served as a special military commentator for Shanghai TV and Oriental TV.
