个人履历：
刘学军，1961年3月生，中央党校督学专家，中共中央党校（国家行政学院）科学社会主义教研部教授、博士生导师，原中央党校(国家行政学院)科学社会主义教研部副主任，全国政协参政议政人才库特聘专家，中国人民政协理论研究会理事，习近平总书记关于加强和改进人民政协工作的重要思想北京研究基地特约研究员。研究领域为当代中国政治制度（侧重社会主义协商民主制度）、中国政治思想史（侧重近代）、民主理论、政治文化理论等。主持和参与国家、中央党校、省部级等多项重大课题，出版了多本相关教材和读物。主要著作：《当代中国政治制度概要》等，代表论文：《习近平社会主义协商民主思想的时代价值》、《坚定自信:中国特色社会主义协商民主制度》、《不忘初心 继续前行 必须高度重视人民政协协商民主》、《新历史起点上中国政治发展战略研究》、《依法治国与国家治理能力现代化》、《“四个全面”方略与政治制度建设》、《马克思主义民主政治理论的现代实践——谈人民政协理论》等。
Liu Xuejun, born in March 1961, is an expert of the Central Party School, a professor and doctoral supervisor of the Scientific Socialism Teaching and Research Department of the Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (National Academy of Administration), the former deputy director of the Scientific Socialism Teaching and Research Department of the Central Party School (National Academy of Administration), a special expert of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) Talent Pool, a director of the Chinese CPPCC Theory Research Association, and a special researcher of the Beijing Research Base of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important ideas on strengthening and improving the work of the CPPCC. His research interests include contemporary Chinese political system (focusing on socialist consultative democracy), history of Chinese political thought (focusing on modern times), democratic theory, and political culture theory. He has presided over and participated in a number of major projects at the national, Central Party School, provincial and ministerial levels, and published a number of related textbooks and reading materials.
