个人履历：
王秦丰：男，1957年9月生，浙江安吉人，中组部原副部长，国家税务总局原党组副书记、副局长，国学专家，法学博士、教授，第十二届全国政协委员、常委，第十三届全国政协委员，杭州师范大学“钱塘学者”特聘教授、浙江省图书馆文澜讲坛客座讲授、中山大学禅宗与中国文化研究院特聘研究员、北京师范大学国学经典教育研究中心研究员。1978年考入中山大学哲学系学习，1982年分配到中央国家机关工作，1999年考入北京大学政治学与行政管理系攻读博士学位。王秦丰教授长期坚持国学和传统文化研究，著有《论语与人生》、《品读国学经典》、《老子与哲学》、《国学要义》（笔名“夏海”），其中《论语与人生》、《品读国学经典》、《老子与哲学》已由香港中华书局在香港出版发行。
Wang Qinfeng, an expert in Chinese studies, a doctor of law, a professor, the former deputy director of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee, the former deputy secretary and deputy director of the Party Leadership Group of the State Administration of Taxation, a member of the 12th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, a member of the Standing Committee of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, a distinguished professor of "Qiantang Scholar" of Hangzhou Normal University, a guest lecturer at the Wenlan Forum of Zhejiang Provincial Library, a distinguished researcher of the Institute of Zen Buddhism and Chinese Studies of Sun Yat-sen University, and a researcher of the Classical Education Research Center of Beijing Normal University. In 1978, he was admitted to the Department of Philosophy of Sun Yat-sen University, in 1982 he was assigned to work in the central government organs, and in 1999 he was admitted to the Department of Political Science and Administration of Peking University to study for a doctorate. Wang Qinfeng has long adhered to the study of Chinese culture and traditional culture, and is the author of "The Analects and Life", "Reading the Classics of Chinese Studies", "Lao Tzu and Philosophy", and "The Essentials of Chinese Studies" (pen name "Xia Hai"), among which "The Analects and Life", "Reading the Classics of Chinese Studies" and "Lao Tzu and Philosophy" have been published and distributed by the Hong Kong Chung Hwa Book Company in Hong Kong.
