个人履历：
郭兰峰：男，1964年11月出生，籍贯山东招远，中国经济体制改革研究会会长，第十四届全国政协委员，国家发展和改革委员会原党组成员（副部长级）。1985年8月参加工作，1992年12月加入中国共产党，大学本科学历，公共管理硕士。1985年8月至1990年6月，北京燕山石油化工公司聚酯厂干部。1990年6月至1999年4月，国家计委国民经济综合司干部。1999年4月-2003年11月，国家计委国民经济综合司经济分析处助理调研员、副处长。2003年7月至2007年9月，国家发展改革委国民经济综合司产业经济处副处长、处长。2007年9月至2014年9月，国家发展改革委国民经济综合司副司长（2007年2月至2009年7月，北京大学政府管理学院公共管理专业在职学习，获公共管理硕士学位）。2014年9月至2017年5月，国家发展改革委国民经济综合司巡视员。2017年5月至2020年6月，国家发展改革委地区经济司司长。2020年6月-2020年9月，国家发展改革委副秘书长、地区经济司司长。2020年9月至2022年3月，国家发展改革委副秘书长。2022年3月至2022年4月，国家发展改革委党组成员、副秘书长。2022年4月至2025年，国家发展改革委党组成员（副部长级）。
Guo Lanfeng: Male, born in November 1964, native of Zhaoyuan, Shandong, President of the China Economic System Reform Research Association, member of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, former Party Group member of the National Development and Reform Commission (vice ministerial level). He began working in August 1985 and joined the Communist Party of China in December 1992. From August 1985 to June 1990, he worked as a cadre at the Polyester Plant of Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Company. From June 1990 to April 1999, he was a cadre in the Comprehensive Department of National Economy of the State Planning Commission. From April 1999 to November 2003, he served as assistant researcher and deputy director of the Economic Analysis Division in the Comprehensive Department of National Economy of the State Planning Commission. From July 2003 to September 2007, he served as deputy director and then director of the Industrial Economy Division of the Comprehensive Department of National Economy of the National Development and Reform Commission. From September 2007 to September 2014, he was deputy director of the Comprehensive Department of National Economy of the National Development and Reform Commission (from February 2007 to July 2009, he studied public administration in-service at the School of Government, Peking University, and obtained a Master’s degree in Public Administration). From September 2014 to May 2017, he served as inspector of the Comprehensive Department of National Economy of the National Development and Reform Commission. From May 2017 to June 2020, he was director of the Regional Economy Department of the National Development and Reform Commission. From June 2020 to September 2020, he served as Deputy Secretary-General and director of the Regional Economy Department of the National Development and Reform Commission. From September 2020 to March 2022, he was Deputy Secretary-General of the National Development and Reform Commission. From March 2022 to April 2022, he served as Party Group member and Deputy Secretary-General of the National Development and Reform Commission. From April 2022 to 2025, he is a Party Group member (vice ministerial level) of the National Development and Reform Commission.
