个人履历：
马宇：商务部研究院外资研究所所长，商务部贸易与投资专家组成员，获国家突出贡献专家称号，享受国务院颁发的政府特殊津贴。兼任：中华老字号专家委员会成员，中国体制改革研究会公共政策研究中心高级研究员，对外经济贸易大学特约研究员，CCTV财经节目评估专家、财经频道特邀评论员，山东省、广东省、北京市、重庆市、广州市外经贸事务咨询顾问。马宇主要研究领域为中国对外开放和外商投资/对外贸易政策。在国内外进行了大量调查研究，实地调查了30个省市自治区的500多家企业，涉及农业、食品、饮料、日化、纺织、服装、家电、轻工、制药、汽车、机械、电子、信息、建材、化工、钢铁、外贸、商业、金融、电信、旅游、酒店、房地产等数十个行业，就中国对外开放和利用外资/对外贸易政策、农产品贸易、行业发展、企业合资、招商引资战略等。作为政府部门政策研究人员，参与了国家有关对外开放和吸收外资等领域某些重要法律、文件的起草和讨论工作，并多次参与或负责商务部（外经贸部）等政府部门和学术机构的课题研究、发展规划及座谈讨论。撰写了百余篇（部）研究文章、著作及经济评论，共计500余万字。
Ma Yu: Director of the Foreign Investment Research Institute at the Ministry of Commerce Research Institute, member of the Ministry of Commerce Trade and Investment Expert Group, awarded the title of National Outstanding Contribution Expert, and enjoys the special government allowance issued by the State Council. Concurrently serves as a member of the Expert Committee of China Time-honored Brands, senior researcher at the Public Policy Research Center of the China Institute of Reform and Development, visiting researcher at the University of International Business and Economics, uation expert for CCTV financial programs, and special commentator for the finance channel. He is also a consultant on foreign economic and trade affairs for Shandong Province, Guangdong Province, Beijing, Chongqing, and Guangzhou. Ma Yu's main research areas are China's opening-up policy and policies on foreign investment/foreign trade. He has conducted extensive research both domestically and internationally, visiting more than 500 enterprises across 30 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions, covering dozens of industries including agriculture, food, beverages, daily chemicals, textiles, clothing, home appliances, light industry, pharmaceuticals, automobiles, machinery, electronics, information technology, building materials, chemicals, steel, foreign trade, commerce, finance, telecommunications, tourism, hotels, and real estate. His work involves China's opening-up and use of foreign investment/foreign trade policies, agricultural product trade, industry development, enterprise joint ventures, and investment attraction strategies. As a policy researcher for government departments, he has participated in drafting and discussing some important national laws and documents related to opening up and attracting foreign investment, and has repeatedly participated in or led research projects, development planning, and discussion sessions for the Ministry of Commerce (Ministry of Foreign Economic and Trade Affairs) and academic institutions. He has authored over a hundred research papers, monographs, and economic reviews, totaling more than 5 million words.
