个人履历：
汪康：男，1958年1月生，安徽庐江人，中国税务学会会长，第十三届全国人大财政经济委员会委员，国家税务总局原副局长。1993年6月加入中国共产党，1981年7月参加工作，安徽省委党校研究生毕业。1981年至1994年先后任安徽省税务局税政一科、税政一处、涉外税处干部、税政一处副处长、税政一处处长(副处级)，1994年11月任安徽省国家税务局流转税处处长，1996年3月任安徽省国家税务局进出口税收管理处处长，1996年10月任安徽省国家税务局党组成员、副局长，2003年5月任湖北省国家税务局党组成员、武汉市国家税务局党组书记、局长，2006年7月任河北省国家税务局党组书记、局长，2009年3月任国家税务总局总会计师（其间2009年9月至2012年9月兼任财务管理司司长），2013年7月任国家税务总局总经济师，2013年9月任国家税务总局党组成员、总经济师，2014年9月任国家税务总局党组成员、副局长。第十一届、十三届全国人大代表，第十三届全国人大财政经济委员会委员。
Wang Kang: Male, born in January 1958, from Lujiang, Anhui Province, president of the China Taxation Society, member of the Finance and Economic Committee of the 13th National People's Congress, and former deputy director of the State Administration of Taxation. He joined the Communist Party of China in June 1993, started working in July 1981, and graduated from the Party School of the Anhui Provincial Party Committee with a postgraduate degree. From 1981 to 1994, he successively served as the first section of tax administration, the first tax administration department, the cadre of the foreign-related tax department, the deputy director of the first tax administration department and the director of the first tax administration department (deputy department level) of the Anhui Provincial Taxation Bureau, the director of the turnover tax department of the Anhui Provincial State Taxation Bureau in November 1994, the director of the import and export tax administration department of the Anhui Provincial State Taxation Bureau in March 1996, the member of the party group and deputy director of the Anhui Provincial State Taxation Bureau in October 1996, and the member of the party group of the Hubei Provincial State Taxation Bureau in May 2003. Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the State Taxation Bureau of Wuhan Municipality, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the State Taxation Bureau of Hebei Province in July 2006, Chief Accountant of the State Administration of Taxation in March 2009 (during which he also served as Director of the Financial Management Department from September 2009 to September 2012), Chief Economist of the State Administration of Taxation in July 2013, Member of the Party Group and Chief Economist of the State Administration of Taxation in September 2013, and Member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the State Administration of Taxation in September 2014. He is a deputy to the 11th and 13th National People's Congresses and a member of the Finance and Economic Committee of the 13th National People's Congress.
