商务部原副部长，中国商业联合会原会长
个人履历：
张志刚：男，1945年6月出生，四川成都人，高级经济师，中共党员，中国商业联合会原会长，商务部原副部长，第十一届全国政协经济委员会副主任。曾历任宁夏回族自治区中卫县工业局副局长，中卫县人民政府副县长，银南地区行政公署副专员（期间在中央党校学习两年），宁夏回族自治区轻纺工业厅厅长、党组副书记、党组书记，宁夏回族自治区外经贸厅厅长、党组书记。2003年3月至2006年任中国商务部副部长，主管全国整顿和规范市场经济秩序办公室，任内促成中国内地与香港经贸协议CEPA的签订，兼任广州出口商品交易会理事长。其后任全国政协经济委员会副主任，2010年任中国商业联合会理事会会长。
Zhang Zhigang: Male, born in June 1945, from Chengdu, Sichuan, senior economist, member of the Communist Party of China, former president of the China Chamber of Commerce, former vice minister of the Ministry of Commerce, deputy director of the Economic Committee of the 11th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. He has successively served as deputy director of the Industrial Bureau of Zhongwei County of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, deputy county magistrate of Zhongwei County People's Government, deputy commissioner of the Yinnan Regional Administrative Office (during which he studied at the Central Party School for two years), director of the Textile Industry Department of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, deputy secretary of the party group and secretary of the party group, director and secretary of the party group of the Department of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. From March 2003 to 2006, he served as the vice minister of the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, in charge of the National Office for Rectifying and Regulating the Market Economic Order, during which he facilitated the signing of the economic and trade agreement between Chinese mainland and Hong Kong CEPA, and concurrently served as the chairman of the Guangzhou Export Fair. He later served as deputy director of the Economic Committee of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and president of the Council of the China Chamber of Commerce in 2010.
