个人履历：
张锦岚：男，1963年12月出生，山东菏泽人，船舶工程专家，中国工程院院士，中国船舶集团有限公司首席专家，中国船舶集团有限公司第七一九研究所研究员，第十三、十四届全国人大代表。1985年从华中工学院毕业后分配至中国船舶集团有限公司第七一九研究所，后被任命为总体研究室主任、副所长；1988年获得华中理工大学船舶工程专业硕士学位；4月，赴南海进行中国核潜艇首次深潜试验；1989年6月加入中国共产党。2002年至2006年历任课题组组长、型号副总师、总设计师；2025年11月当选中国工程院院士。长期从事海洋战略装备的设计研发工作。
2016年获得国家科技进步奖一等奖，2017年获得全国创新争先奖状，2022年获得何梁何利基金科学与技术成就奖。
Zhang Jinlan: Male, born in December 1963, from Heze, Shandong. He is an expert in ship engineering, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, the chief expert of China State Shipbuilding Corporation (CSSC), and a researcher at the 719th Research Institute of CSSC. He has also served as a delegate to the 13th and 14th National People's Congress. After graduating from Huazhong Institute of Technology in 1985, he was assigned to the 719th Research Institute of CSSC, later appointed as director of the overall research office and deputy director of the institute. In 1988, he earned a master's degree in ship engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. In April, he went to the South China Sea for China's first deep-sea test of a nuclear submarine. He joined the Communist Party of China in June 1989. From 2002 to 2006, he served as group leader, deputy chief designer of a model, and chief designer. In November 2025, he was elected as an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. He has long been engaged in the design and development of marine strategic equipment.
He won the first-class National Science and Technology Progress Award in 2016, the National Innovation and Progress Award in 2017, and the Ho Leung Ho Lee Foundation Science and Technology Achievement Award in 2022.
