个人履历：
陆军：男，1964年11月出生，江苏苏州人，机载综合电子信息系统专家，中国工程院院士，中国电子科技集团公司首席科学家，嘉兴大学省身学院院长，南理工微电子学院（集成电路学院）院长。1985年从南京工学院无线电工程系毕业 ；1988年获得中国科学技术大学硕士学位，之后作为定向培养毕业生到中国电科38所工作；1991年被委派担任炮兵某重点新型目标指示雷达总设计师；1996年至2001年担任中国电科38所副所长；2001年担任空警2000总设计师；2005年至2013年担任中国电科电子科学研究院副院长；2013年担任中国电子科技集团有限公司电子科学研究院预警机领域首席科学家；2017年当选为中国工程院院士；2020年担任嘉兴学院党委副书记、院长，同年担任上海大学人工智能研究院院长；2024年1月至2025年3月，担任嘉兴大学校长；2024年11月，担任嘉兴大学省身学院院长。陆军院士长期从事雷达和预警机领域理论研究和工程研制工作，在雷达领域，重点开展三坐标雷达体制研究，攻克频扫体制、阵列天线、全固态发射等关键技术，成功研制国内首型全固态频扫体制雷达。在预警机领域，提出并建立了预警机全开放体系架构，突破综合检测识别、空地协同多源情报综合处理等关键技术，作为总设计师，成功研制首型国产预警机，首型出口型预警机。获授发明专利13项，先后发表论著22项。曾获国家科学技术进步特等奖，国防科学技术进步一等奖及全国五一劳动奖章、国资委优秀党员、光华工程科技奖等。
Lu Jun: Male, born in November 1964, from Suzhou, Jiangsu. He is an expert in airborne integrated electronic information systems, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, the chief scientist of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation, dean of the Provincial College at Jiaxing University, and dean of the School of Microelectronics (School of Integrated Circuits) at Nanjing University of Science and Technology. He graduated from the Department of Radio Engineering at Nanjing Institute of Technology in 1985; in 1988, he earned a master's degree from the University of Science and Technology of China, and then joined the 38th Research Institute of CETC as a designated graduate. In 1991, he was appointed chief designer of a key new target indication radar for artillery. From 1996 to 2001, he served as deputy director of CETC 38th Institute; in 2001, he became the chief designer of Airborne Early Warning 2000; from 2005 to 2013, he was deputy director of CETC Electronic Science Research Institute; in 2013, he became the chief scientist for the early warning aircraft field at CETC's Electronic Science Research Institute. In 2017, he was elected an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. In 2020, he was appointed deputy secretary of the Party Committee and president of Jiaxing University, and in the same year, he became director of the Shanghai University Artificial Intelligence Research Institute. From January 2024 to March 2025, he served as president of Jiaxing University; in November 2024, he became dean of the Provincial College at Jiaxing University. Academician Lu has long been engaged in theoretical research and engineering development in the fields of radar and early warning aircraft. In radar, he focused on researching three-coordinate radar systems, overcoming key technologies like frequency-scan systems, array antennas, and all-solid-state transmitters, successfully developing the first domestic all-solid-state frequency-scan radar. In early warning aircraft, he proposed and established a fully open architecture, breaking through key technologies such as integrated detection and identification, air-ground coordinated multi-source intelligence processing, and as chief designer, successfully developed the first domestically produced early warning aircraft and the first export model. He has been granted 13 invention patents and published 22 papers. He has received the National Science and Technology Progress Award (Special), the National Defense Science and Technology Progress First Prize, the National May 1st Labor Medal, recognition as an Outstanding Party Member by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and the Guanghua Engineering Science and Technology Award, among others.
