个人履历:
胡永康:男,1940年2月5日出生,云南曲靖人,石油炼制专家,中国工程院院士,教授级高级工程师,中国石油化工股份有限公司抚顺石油化工研究院学术委员会高级顾问,中北大学双聘院士、博士生导师,享受国务院政府特殊津贴。1961年毕业于云南大学;1961年至1977年,任职于抚顺石油炼制研究院;1977年至1987年,在抚顺石化研究院工作;1987年至1989年,在抚顺石化研究院研究室担任主任;1989年至1995年,在抚顺石化研究院担任科管部主任;1995年至2001年,在抚顺石化研究院工作;1997年,当选为中国工程院院士;2001年,担任抚顺石化研究院院专家咨询委员会主任。胡永康院士长期从事石油炼制加氢裂化催化剂和加氢技术的研究开发及工业应用转化工作。曾担任国家“六五”、“七五”重点科技攻关项目负责人,研制成功两类加氢裂化催化剂,属中国国内首创,达到国际同类催化剂先进水平, “八五”“九五”期间,指导并参与多项国家和中石化总公司重点科技攻关项目,开发了系列加氢裂化催化剂及工艺技术,并成功推广应用于多套工业装置。获得中国发明专利8件,发表学术论文40余篇。获国家科学技术进步二等奖、中国石化集团公司科学技术一等奖(3项)、中国石油化工集团公司科技进步二等奖、辽宁省科学技术进步三等奖等。
Hu Yongkang: Male, born on February 5, 1940, from Qujing, Yunnan, a petroleum refining expert, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, professor-level senior engineer, senior advisor of the Academic Committee at Fushun Petroleum and Chemical Research Institute of Sinopec, dual-appointed academician and PhD supervisor at North University of China, and recipient of the State Council special government allowance. He graduated from Yunnan University in 1961; from 1961 to 1977, he worked at Fushun Petroleum Refining Research Institute; from 1977 to 1987, he worked at Fushun Petrochemical Research Institute; from 1987 to 1989, he was the director of the research office at Fushun Petrochemical Research Institute; from 1989 to 1995, he served as the director of the Science and Technology Management Department at the institute; from 1995 to 2001, he continued working at Fushun Petrochemical Research Institute; in 1997, he was elected as an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering; in 2001, he became the director of the Expert Advisory Committee at Fushun Petrochemical Research Institute. Academician Hu Yongkang has long been engaged in the research, development, and industrial application of petroleum refining hydrocracking catalysts and hydrogenation technology. He has served as the lead for several national key technology projects during the "Sixth Five-Year" and "Seventh Five-Year" plans, successfully developing two types of hydrocracking catalysts, which were first-of-their-kind in China and reached advanced international levels. During the "Eighth Five-Year" and "Ninth Five-Year" plans, he guided and participated in multiple key national and Sinopec projects, developing a series of hydrocracking catalysts and process technologies, successfully applied in several industrial units. He holds 8 Chinese invention patents and has published over 40 academic papers. He has received the National Science and Technology Progress Second Prize, the Science and Technology First Prize from China Petrochemical Corporation (3 times), the Science and Technology Progress Second Prize from China National Petroleum & Chemical Corporation, and the Liaoning Provincial Science and Technology Progress Third Prize, among others.
