个人履历:
于俊崇:男,1940年12月出生,江苏滨海人,核动力专家,中国工程院院士,中国核动力研究设计院研究员级高级工程师、博士生导师。1965年从南京工学院工业热工专业毕业后进入二机部二院二部工作;1967年至1993年在二机部一院工作;1993年至1999年担任中国核动力研究设计院主任;1997年至2006年在中国核动力研究设计院工作;2006年担任中国核动力研究设计院国防重点实验室学术委员会主任;2009年当选为中国工程院院士。于俊崇作为核动力专家,在反应堆热工水力与核安全、核动力总体等专业领域有很深造诣。早年参加中国第一座压水型核动力反应堆、第一座脉冲反应堆、乏燃料研究堆等工程研制;参加秦山二期核电站、新型核反应堆方案研究和立项论证工作;还参与、组织并领导国家某重点工程研制与建设等工作。三次荣获国防科技进步一等奖;两次荣获国家科技进步二等奖;2007年获科技进步一等奖;2006年获全国五一劳动奖章、2007年获国家重大贡献奖及金质奖章;2010年获核工业集团首届“钱三强”奖。
Yu Junchong is a man born in December 1940 from Binhai, Jiangsu. He's a nuclear power expert, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, a senior engineer and doctoral supervisor at the China Nuclear Power Research and Design Institute. After graduating in 1965 from Nanjing Institute of Technology in Industrial Thermal Engineering, he started working at the Second Ministry's Second Institute, Second Department. From 1967 to 1993 he was at the First Ministry's Institute, and from 1993 to 1999 he served as director of the China Nuclear Power Research and Design Institute. Between 1997 and 2006 he worked at the institute, and in 2006 he became the head of the Academic Committee of its National Defense Key Laboratory. In 2009, he was elected as an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. As a nuclear power expert, Yu has deep expertise in reactor thermal-hydraulics, nuclear safety, and overall nuclear power systems. Early in his career, he was involved in developing China's first pressurized water reactor, first pulse reactor, and spent fuel research reactor. He also worked on the Qinshan Phase II nuclear power plant, new reactor design studies, and project approvals, and participated in, organized, and led the research and construction of certain key national projects. He has won the National Defense Science and Technology Progress First Prize three times, the State Science and Technology Progress Second Prize twice, the Science and Technology Progress First Prize in 2007, the National May 1st Labor Medal in 2006, the National Major Contribution Award and Gold Medal in 2007, and the first Qian Sanqiang Award from the Nuclear Industry Group in 2010.
