个人履历:
刘永坚:男,1961年11月出生,湖南冷水江人,电子对抗专家,中国工程院院士,博士生导师,空军研究院某所研究员、复杂航空系统重点实验室学术委员会主任,享受国务政府特殊津贴。兼任:中国电子学会高级会员,电子对抗学会专业委员,国务院、中央军委军工产品定型委员会专家咨询委员会委员,国家科学技术奖评审专家,国家军用雷达标准化委员会副主任委员,空军雷达学院兼职教授1982年从国防科技大学飞行器工程专业毕业,进入某研究所工作,历任助理工程师、工程师、高级工程师,研究室副主任、主任,副总工程师、副所长;1987年获得国防科技大学硕士学位;2001年获得北京航空航天大学博士学位;2001年至2007年担任机关某部副部长;2007年担任空军装备研究院教授级高级工程师;2017年当选为中国工程院院士。主要从事航空装备研究工作。在多型重大型号装备的试验试飞方法、试飞工程技术和检验评定等方面做了很多开创性的工作,为试验试飞的顺利进行和圆满完成做出了突出贡献。获授国家、国防发明专利10多项;发表学术论文30多篇,出版《和平时期电子战技术与应用-雷达对抗篇》等专业著作3本、专业译著《雷达系统分析与设计》1本。获国家科技进步奖二等奖3项、军队科技进步奖一等奖7项。获何梁何利科技进步奖、军队杰出专业技术人才奖和全国优秀科技工作者荣誉称号。
Liu Yongjian: Male, born in November 1961, from Lengshuijiang, Hunan Province. He is an electronic countermeasure expert, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, doctoral supervisor, researcher at a certain institute of the Air Force Research Academy, and chairman of the Academic Committee of the Key Laboratory of Complex Aerospace Systems. Concurrently serves as: senior member of the China Electronics Society, professional committee member of the Electronic Countermeasures Society, member of the Expert Advisory Committee of the Military Product Approval Committee under the State Council and the Central Military Commission, review expert for the National Science and Technology Award, deputy director of the National Military Radar Standardization Committee, and adjunct professor at the Air Force Radar Academy. He graduated in 1982 from the National University of Defense Technology with a major in Aircraft Engineering and then joined a certain research institute, serving successively as assistant engineer, engineer, senior engineer, deputy director and director of the research office, deputy chief engineer, and deputy director of the institute. In 1987, he obtained a master's degree from the National University of Defense Technology; in 2001, he received a doctoral degree from Beihang University. From 2001 to 2007, he served as deputy director of a department of a certain organization; in 2007, he became a professor-level senior engineer at the Air Force Equipment Research Institute; in 2017, he was elected as an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. His main research focuses on aviation equipment. He has made many pioneering contributions to methods of experimental flight testing for multiple major equipment models, flight test engineering technology, and inspection and uation, significantly contributing to the smooth and successful completion of flight tests. He holds more than ten national and defense invention patents, has published over 30 academic papers, authored three professional books including "Electronic Warfare Technology and Application in Peacetime – Radar Countermeasures," and translated one professional book, "Radar System Analysis and Design." He has won three Second Prizes of the National Science and Technology Progress Award and seven First Prizes of the Military Science and Technology Progress Award. He has also received the Ho Leung Ho Lee Science and Technology Progress Award, the Military Outstanding Professional and Technical Talent Award, and the honorary title of National Excellent Science and Technology Worker.
