中国工程院院士,教授级高级工程师,超导材料专家
个人履历:
张平祥:男,1965年3月出生,陕西宝鸡人,超导材料专家,中国工程院院士,教授级高级工程师、博士生导师,西北工业大学超导材料与应用技术研究院院长兼首席科学家,超导材料制备国家工程实验室主任,中国共产党陕西省第十四届委员会候补委员,享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家,入选第二批国家高层次人才特殊支持计划,曾任西北有色金属研究院院长、党委副书记。兼任中国材料研究学会副理事长,中国材料研究学会超导材料技术委员会主任委员等职。1985年从陕西师范大学物理系毕业;1988年获得陕西师范大学物理系低温物理专业硕士学位;1996年获得东北大学材料物理专业博士学位;2015年被任命为陕西稀有金属科工集团有限责任公司董事长;2019年当选为中国工程院院士。张平祥院士主要从事实用化低温和高温超导材料制备技术等研究,带领团队开发出综合性能居国际领先水平的多种实用化超导材料制备技术并实现量产应用,为我国超导材料研究、应用及产业化做出了重要贡献。发表SCI论文262篇,获国家发明专利授权63项。先后获得国家技术发明二等奖2项、省部级科技一等奖5项;获全国技术专业人才、全国创新争先奖状、陕西省最高科学技术奖等荣誉。
