个人履历：
费爱国：男，1955年7月出生，江苏涟水人，指挥信息系统和数据链专家，中国工程院院士，专业技术少将军衔，空军研究院某所高级工程师，空军网信首席专家、博士生导师，中国指挥与控制学会理事长，享受国务政府特殊津贴。1975年进入北京邮电学院学习，先后获得学士、硕士学位；1981年硕士研究生毕业后回到空军研究院某所工作；2004年获得北京科技大学工学博士学位；2013年当选为中国工程院院士。费爱国长期从事数据链和指挥信息系统技术研究和工程建设。研制了中国首套出口型国家防空指挥信息系统；20世纪90年代主持空军首套网络化区域指挥信息系统等多个军队重大科研项目研制；主持完成了解放军第一代航空数据链系统论证、关键技术攻关、装备研制、系统试验和考核定型工作；先后编著出版8部著作；先后获得国家科技进步一等奖1项、二等奖2项，军队科技进步一等奖6项。曾获全国优秀科技工作者、军队科技领军人才、何梁何利基金科学与技术进步奖、中国科协“求是”杰出青年实用工程奖。
Fe Aiguo: Male, born in July 1955, from Lianshui, Jiangsu. He is an expert in command information systems and data links, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, a professional technical major general, a senior engineer at a certain institute of the Air Force Research Academy, the chief expert of the Air Force Cyber and Informatization, and a doctoral supervisor. He is also the president of the China Command and Control Society and enjoys a special government allowance from the State Council. In 1975, he entered Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, where he obtained bachelor's and master's degrees; after graduating with a master's degree in 1981, he returned to work at a certain institute of the Air Force Research Academy. In 2004, he received a Doctor of Engineering degree from the University of Science and Technology Beijing; in 2013, he was elected an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. He has long been engaged in research and engineering construction in data links and command information system technologies. He developed China's first export-type national air defense command information system; in the 1990s, he led the development of multiple major military research projects, including the Air Force's first networked regional command information system; he presided over the demonstration, key technology research, equipment development, system testing, and final uation of the PLA's first-generation aviation data link system. He has authored and published eight books, and has received one first-class and two second-class National Science and Technology Progress Awards, as well as six first-class Military Science and Technology Progress Awards. He has been recognized as a National Outstanding Science and Technology Worker, a Military Science and Technology Leading Talent, received the Ho Leung Ho Lee Foundation Science and Technology Progress Award, and the China Association for Science and Technology "Qiushi" Outstanding Young Practical Engineering Award.
