个人履历：
王忠民：男，1957年10月出生，陕西蒲城人，经济学博士，教授、博士生导师，全国社会保障基金理事会原副理事长，国家有突出贡献专家，享受国务院特殊津贴。兼任：深圳市金融稳定发展研究院理事长、中国基金业协会母基金专业委员会主席等职。1985年4月加入中国共产党，1975年2月参加工作，中国社会科学院研究生院政治经济学专业毕业，研究生学历。曾历任：西北大学经济管理学院副院长，西北大学党委常委、校长，陕西省政府党组成员、秘书长，省政府办公厅主任、党组书记，省长办公室主任，陕西省安康市委书记， 全国社会保障基金理事会股权部主任，全国社会保障基金理事会党组成员、副理事长等职。先后完成过国家社会科学基金、国家自然科学基金、联合国工发组织课题等十多项研究项目；获得过国家和省部级学术奖 10 余项。王忠民是第九届全国政协委员，第十七届中央纪委委员、第十八届中央纪律检查委员会委员。
Wang Zhongmin: Male, born in October 1957 in Pucheng, Shaanxi, holds a Ph.D. in Economics, professor, and doctoral supervisor. He is the former Vice Chairman of the National Council for Social Security Fund, a nationally recognized expert with outstanding contributions, and a recipient of the State Council Special Allowance. He concurrently serves as Chairman of the Shenzhen Institute of Financial Stability and Development, and Chairman of the Fund of Funds Professional Committee of the Asset Management Association of China, among other positions. He joined the Communist Party of China in April 1985 and started working in February 1975. He graduated from the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences with a major in Political Economy. He previously served as Deputy Dean of the School of Economics and Management of Northwest University, Member of the Party Committee and President of Northwest University, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Secretary-General of the Shaanxi Provincial Government, Director and Party Secretary of the Provincial Government Office, Director of the Governor's Office, Party Secretary of Ankang Municipal Committee in Shaanxi Province, Director of the Equity Department of the National Council for Social Security Fund, and Member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the National Council for Social Security Fund, among other roles. He has completed over ten research projects including those funded by the National Social Science Foundation, National Natural Science Foundation, and the United Nations Industrial Development Organization, and has received more than ten national and provincial academic awards. Wang Zhongmin was a member of the 9th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, a member of the 17th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, and a member of the 18th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection.
