姚景源：男，出生于1950年10月，山东昌邑人，著名经济学家、国务院参事室特约研究员，国家统计局原总经济师兼新闻发言人。1983年毕业于吉林大学世界经济系，取得硕士学位. 曾任：国家经委副处长、商业部政策研究室副处长、国际合作司处长、副司长，中国国际贸易促进会商业行业分会副会长、常务副会长、国内贸易部商业发展中心主任、中国商业联合会副会长、秘书长，安徽省政府副秘书长、省政府办公厅党组成员，安徽省阜阳市委书记、市政府代市长、市长、党组书记，安徽省统计局局长、党组书记，国家统计局总经济师兼新闻发言人。
Yao Jingyuan: Male, born in October 1950, from Changyi, Shandong, a renowned economist, Special Researcher at the Counsellors’ Office of the State Council, former Chief Economist and spokesperson of the National Bureau of Statistics. He graduated in 1983 from the Department of World Economics at Jilin University with a master's degree. He has held positions including Deputy Director of the National Economic Commission, Deputy Director of the Policy Research Office of the Ministry of Commerce, Director and Deputy Director of the Department of International Cooperation, Vice President and Executive Vice President of the Commercial Branch of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Director of the Commercial Development Center of the Ministry of Domestic Trade, Vice President and Secretary-General of the China Commercial Federation, Deputy Secretary-General of the Anhui Provincial Government and member of the Party Leadership Group of the General Office, Secretary of the Fuyang Municipal Committee and Acting Mayor, Mayor and Party Secretary of the Fuyang Municipal Government, Director and Party Secretary of the Anhui Provincial Bureau of Statistics, and Chief Economist and spokesperson of the National Bureau of Statistics.
