个人履历：
李金章：男，1954年11月生，河北黄骅人，中国国际经济交流中心副理事长，外交部原副部长 、原中央纪律检查委员会委员，首都师范大学国际化发展战略顾问。1976年至1980年，中华人民共和国驻古巴共和国大使馆职员；1980年至1988年，中华人民共和国外交部美大司三秘、副处长；1988年至1990年，中华人民共和国驻尼加拉瓜共和国大使馆一秘；1990年至1993年，中华人民共和国驻古巴共和国大使馆参赞；1993年至1995年，外交学院进修；1995年至1998年，中华人民共和国外交部拉美司副司长；1998年至2001年，中华人民共和国外交部拉美司司长；2001年至2003年，中华人民共和国驻墨西哥合众国特命全权大使；2003年至2006年，中华人民共和国外交部部长助理；2006年至2011年，中华人民共和国外交部副部长（主管拉美地区事务、干部人事、行政、财务、机关党务和服务中心工作）；2012年至2019年，中华人民共和国驻巴西联邦共和国特命全权大使；李金章系第十七届中共中央纪律检查委员会委员。
Li Jinzhang: Male, born in November 1954, from Huanghua, Hebei Province, vice chairman of the China Center for International Economic Exchanges, former vice minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, former member of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection. From 1976 to 1980, he was a staff member of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in the Republic of Cuba;From 1980 to 1988, he was the third secretary and deputy director of the U.S. Department of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China; From 1988 to 1990, he was the first secretary of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in the Republic of Nicaragua; From 1990 to 1993, he was Counsellor of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in the Republic of Cuba; From 1993 to 1995, he studied at the Foreign Affairs Academy; From 1995 to 1998, he was the Deputy Director of the Latin American Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China; From 1998 to 2001, he was the Director of the Latin American Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China; Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the United Mexican States from 2001 to 2003; From 2003 to 2006, he was Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China; From 2006 to 2011, he was Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China (in charge of Latin American regional affairs, cadre personnel, administration, finance, party affairs and service centers); Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Federative Republic of Brazil from 2012 to 2019; Member of the 17th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Communist Party of China.
