刘煜辉简历：
刘煜辉：男，1970年9月出生于湖南长沙，知名经济学家，经济学博士，研究员，中国首席经济学家论坛理事，上海首席经济学家金融发展中心副主任，香港金融管理局客座研究员，中国社科院研究生院等多所大学教授、博士生导师。兼任：中国农业银行风险管理顾问、南方基金宏观经济顾问、杭州银行等金融机构和湘电股份等国企独立董事、中国首席经济学家论坛30人成员，国内权威财经媒体《21世纪经济报道》《瞭望》《上海证券报》《中国经济时报》等特约撰稿人。曾任中国社会科学院经济研究所研究员、中国社科院金融研究所金融重点实验室主任、华泰证券、广发证券、天风证券、华源证券等多家券商首席经济学家等。刘煜辉研究领域主要研究多集中在宏观经济和国际经济方向。近年来主持和参与《中国地区金融生态评价》《中国商业银行竞争力评价》《外资银行进入新兴市场国家及对其金融体系影响》《全球化与中国》等多项大型国家部委重点课题研究；在《经济研究》《比较》《世界经济》《管理世界》《中国社会科学》等国家一级学术刊物上发表论文数十篇，在国内外高级别学术会议报告论文多篇；出版《金融突围：中国经济的复苏与崛起》《大通胀与再平衡：“后危机时代” 的抉择》《中国 ipo 定价效率与发行定价机制研究》《中国商业银行竞争力报告》等著作。；经常受邀参加国办、央行货币政策委员会、发改委、商务部、证监会等经济形势咨询会。
Liu Yuhui: Male, born in September 1970 in Changsha, Hunan, is a well-known economist, PhD in economics, researcher, board member of the China Chief Economist Forum, deputy director of the Shanghai Chief Economist Financial Development Center, visiting researcher at the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, and professor and doctoral supervisor at the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and several other universities. He also serves as a risk management consultant for the Agricultural Bank of China, macroeconomic advisor for Southern Fund, independent director for financial institutions such as Hangzhou Bank and state-owned enterprises such as Xiangdian Co., a member of the 30-member China Chief Economist Forum, and a special contributor to leading domestic financial media such as 21st Century Business Herald, Outlook Weekly, Shanghai Securities News, and China Economic Times. He has previously served as a researcher at the Institute of Economics of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, director of the Financial Key Laboratory of the Institute of Finance of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and chief economist for multiple brokerage firms including Huatai Securities, GF Securities, Tianfeng Securities, and Huayuan Securities. Liu Yuhui's research mainly focuses on macroeconomics and international economics. In recent years, he has led and participated in numerous major national and ministerial research projects such as "uation of China's Regional Financial Ecology," "Competitiveness uation of Chinese Commercial Banks," "The Entry of Foreign Banks into Emerging Market Countries and Its Impact on Their Financial Systems," and "Globalization and China." He has published dozens of papers in top national academic journals including Economic Research, Comparative, World Economy, Management World, and Social Sciences in China, and has presented papers at numerous high-level academic conferences both domestically and internationally. His published works include "Financial Breakthrough: China's Economic Recovery and Rise," "High Inflation and Rebalancing: Choices in the 'Post-Crisis Era'," "Research on IPO Pricing Efficiency and Issuance Pricing Mechanisms in China," and "Report on the Competitiveness of Chinese Commercial Banks." He is frequently invited to participate in economic situation consultation meetings held by the State Council, the Monetary Policy Committee of the People's Bank of China, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Commerce, the China Securities Regulatory Commission, and other institutions.
