胡事民:男,1968年9月出生于,浙江长兴人,计算机专家,中国科学院院士,国际电气与电子工程师学会会士(IEEE fellow),清华大学计算机科学与技术系教授,教育部长江学者特聘教授,新世纪百千万人才工程国家级人选,“万人计划”首批科技创新领军人才人,国家杰出青年科学基金获得者。兼任:中国计算机学会副理事长、ACM SIGGRAPH执委、亚洲图形学会主席。1990年获吉林大学数学系计算数学与应用软件专业学士学位,1993年和1996年分获浙江大学数学系应用数学专业硕士和博士学位。1996年6月至今,在清华大学计算机科学与技术系工作。主要从事计算机图形学、智能信息处理和系统软件等方面的教学和科研工作,在几何处理方面,提出基于积分不变量和特征敏感度量的几何处理框架、超大规模模型拓扑修复编辑理论和基于逆曲率映射的共形参数化理论;在可视媒体的编辑与交互合成方面,提出基于全局对比度的显著性检测、基于梯度场的拓扑一致的图像矢量化方法、以及结合草图输入和网络搜索的图像合成方法(Sketch2Photo)等;在真实感绘制和动画仿真方面,提出基于内在特征的流体调制方法、基于SPH的多流体与流固耦合方法,以及全局环境光照的球面分段常量基函数等。相关成果发表在ACM SIGGRAPH及ACM Transactions on Graphics上、IEEE Transactions on Visualization and Computer Graphics等重要的国际刊物上。以第一完成人获国家自然科学奖二等奖、国家技术发明奖二等奖、国家科技进步奖二等奖各1项,并获得中国计算机学会“王选奖”和全国创新争先奖。
